This August, Bitcoin bounced back, Canada and the US had a diplomatic slap fight, and BitStarz quietly went and won another award.

At this year’s Bitranked Awards, BitStarz was named Best Player Reputation 2026. This is incredibly humbling because it’s one thing for us to say we’re great, but quite another for thousands of players to back us up on that grandiose claim.

What this award actually means

This award is particularly meaningful because it reflects something we care deeply about: the experience our players have at BitStarz.

What is important about the Bitranked award is that it involved no public vote, so no casino could push or incentivize its audience to vote for it. It’s based on actual player ratings from the places where players go to rate and rant about casinos.

In its decision, Bitranked noted that BitStarz had a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 5,337 Trustpilot reviews, as well as an 8.8 out of 10 rating from 630 players on AskGamblers. That is a pretty big group of people to keep happy.

Bitranked said the size of that player feedback was a major reason BitStarz won the award, with thousands of reviews providing a much broader picture than a high score based on only a handful of opinions.

Other areas in which Bitranked assessed casinos included bonuses, games, licensing, support, security, look and feel, and payments. Those scores were combined with the player feedback from Trustpilot and AskGamblers.

BitStarz received a weighted Bitranked review score of 4.55 out of 5, including perfect 5.0 scores for bonuses and security.
