1.1.1. The VIP program is by invitation only. Our VIP manager reviews accounts on a weekly basis and sends invitations to those accounts that have become eligible. There is no one set of rules as to how to become eligible, it will depend on how much you deposit, wager, the longevity of the account, etc. If you become eligible, you will receive an invitation from our manager.

3.1.1. The VIP Cashback is based on your deposits and losses for the previous week (Friday to Thursday). It's a compensation bonus credited only in case you had a losing week. It generally gets credited early morning on Fridays (CET), but runs throughout the day to 16:00.

3.2.1. The loyalty week is the timeframe in which our cashback/manual bonuses are calculated. Our Loyalty week runs from Friday to Thursday and all times are in CET/CEST.

3.3.1. Receive a 50% deposit bonus with your first eligible deposit on Thursday within CET time.

3.3.2. The Thursday reload bonus will be added instantly. If you're eligible for this offer and do not receive it, you need to contact customer support or the VIP Team before you start playing. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving the bonus retroactively.

3.3.3. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have two options: either complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.

3.4.1. The VIP team may grant manual bonuses upon request for deposits or losses exceeding €500 (or currency equivalent) after your last bonus or withdrawal.

3.4.2. The manual VIP bonus is not a deposit bonus or a guaranteed rakeback after every 500 USD/EUR lost. Our system is designed to automatically reward your deposits, gameplay, and losses through promotions like Bonus Mania, Jackpotz Mania, reloads, and level-up rewards. However, if you deposit and lose 500+ USD/EUR without triggering a bonus, let us know, and we'll add up to 10% of those losses back as a manual bonus. Plus, every Friday, you'll receive another cashback on those same losses from the past week, ensuring you're always rewarded for your play.

3.4.3. These bonuses are discretionary and not an official VIP perk. If eligible, you may receive up to 10% back on losses, significantly increasing your weekly cashback.
