Gameplay
I think perhaps Zillion is trying to boost our expectations of the game by making sure there’s a lot of gold on the screen. You’ll see the golden dragon peeking out from behind the reels to the left, while still showing part of his tail on the right side.
The highest-paying symbols are also dipped in gold. There’s the gold dragon, gold bonsai tree, gold turtle and gold Koi fish. Additionally, the Bonus symbols are gold coins.
Above the reels you can see four Jackpots: the Grand pays 1,000x, the Maxi pays 100x, the Major pays 30x and the Mini pays 24x your bet.
Just above the Jackpots is a horizontal reel. This is referred to as the “Accumulation Bar” where you will accumulate symbols as you play, more on that later.
In terms of the game stats, you’re looking at 25 paylines, a 96.35% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. ACCUMULATION
A blue/turquoise book of dragons plays the part of the Super Wild symbol. The Super Wild will only appear on the middle reel. When it does, it will select a random symbol to become a Golden Symbol and send it to the Accumulation Bar.
Any of the Golden symbols you accumulate this way will become useful during Free Spins. More on that coming up.
FREE SPINS
The Golden Dragon Book symbol doubles as both the Wild and the Scatter. Hit 3 or more and you’ll get 10 Free Spins. Nothing more, nothing less. Before you get to your spins, another random symbol will get the Golden Symbol status and be added to the Accumulation Bar.
This is where all your accumulated Golden Symbols come into play. If 3 or more of them hit, they will stack up and cover their entire respective reels, boosting your chances for bigger wins!
Once your Free Spins have been played and you’re back to the base game, the accumulation process will start over from scratch.
HOLD AND RING
The Hold and Ring feature is Zillion’s version of the classic Hold and WinThis feature plays out on a new screen. Typically, you get 3 re-spins (which could be re-triggered), and the triggering symbols usually stick to the position on which they land. Your objective is to land as many symbols as possible on the grid (you could land blank tiles, too).. You can trigger the feature by landing 6 or more Bonus symbols in a single spin.
With a bit of luck, sometimes you can get away with only landing 5 Bonus symbols. When this happens, there’s a chance that the Golden Dragon will show up and give you the last Bonus symbol needed to kickstart the Hold and Ring bonus game.
Once you enter Hold and Ring, you receive 3 spins, and the only symbols in play are gold coins and Jackpots. Each time a symbol sticks, your spin count resets to 3. If you land a Jackpot symbol, its value is locked in.
When you run out of spins, all values - including any collected Jackpot - are added up for your total win.

Performance
I didn’t experience any issues while playing the game.
Max Win
It’s expensive to chase the $201,000 top prize and it’s because you will need to drop a hefty $120 max bet and handcuff it to the 1,675x top multiplier to get it. Players with a smaller budget can bet as low as $0.11.
Conclusion
I take the Free Spins feature for granted these days but it’s a plus when there’s also an additional Bonus Game in the mix. The fact that Zillion is making it less challenging to trigger the Hold and Ring feature by allowing 5 Bonus symbols to be enough at times is appreciated.
After all, we all want to get to the bonus round and if there are multiple ways to get there, the better. I would’ve been even happier if there was a Bonus Buy option but a guy can dream, right?
As far as being a money-making opportunity, I’m not convinced. Sure, you can make a decent amount of cash from the above-mentioned features, but it looks like you’re going to have to bet quite big because of the max multiplier being on the lower side.
This might eliminate a lot of players.
