1. How to become a VIP:

1.1. The VIP program is by invitation only. Our VIP managers review accounts on a weekly basis and send invitations to those accounts that have become eligible. There is no one set of rules as to how to become eligible, it will depend on how much you deposit, wager, the longevity of the account, etc. If you become eligible, you will receive an invitation from our manager.

2. Maintaining your VIP Status:

2.1. In order to maintain your VIP status, your level of activity will need to remain high - as it was when your status was granted. This is because we can only offer such a wide range of bonuses to our top players. Failure to do so can result in removal from the VIP program. To give a general idea, we expect our VIPs to deposit on average 5K EUR monthly in order to keep their status.

3. VIP Cashback:

3.1. The VIP Cashback is based on your deposits and losses for the previous week (Friday to Thursday). It's a compensation bonus credited only in case you had a losing week.

3.2. VIP Cashback is credited every Friday under the name "Friday Loyalty Bonus," but with an increased cashback percentage based on your VIP deal. This replaces the standard Friday Loyalty Bonus, ensuring you receive the exclusive VIP experience.

3.3. VIP cashback is issued every Friday throughout the day, up to 16:00 CET.

4. Manual VIP bonus:

4.1. Lost deposits between Friday and Thursday must reach €500 (or equivalent) since your last bonus (including reloads, Friday bonuses, Piggyz Cash, Bonuz Mania, Level-up bonuses, Jackpotz Mania, VIP comp, etc.) or last withdrawal to qualify.

4.2. The manual VIP bonus is not a deposit bonus or a guaranteed rakeback after every 500 USD/EUR lost. Our system is designed to automatically reward your deposits, gameplay, and losses through promotions like Bonus Mania, Jackpotz Mania, reloads, and level-up rewards. However, if you deposit and lose 500+ USD/EUR without triggering a bonus, let us know, and we'll add up to 10% of those losses back as a manual bonus. Plus, every Friday, you'll receive another cashback on those same losses from the past week, ensuring you're always rewarded for your play.

4.3. Manual VIP bonus eligibility resets every Friday (CET) for all currencies, and bonuses cannot be credited retroactively for deposits made before the reset.

4.4. Manual VIP bonuses are reviewed by individual currency and deposits in different currencies will not be combined.

4.5. Manual VIP bonuses are a perk afforded to you at the VIP team's discretion, and they are not guaranteed to you. If eligible, we can offer up to 10% back on losses.

4.6. Real money balances must be played before requesting manual VIP bonuses, as these bonuses cannot be granted while a real money balance is active.

4.7. Manual VIP bonuses cannot be requested while a standard casino bonus is available for activation. If you prefer to activate a manual VIP bonus instead, the existing bonus must first be canceled.

5. Thursday VIP reload bonus:

5.1. A 50% deposit bonus is available with your first eligible deposit on Thursday in CET time.

5.2. The Thursday reload bonus will be added instantly. If you're eligible for this offer and do not receive it, you need to contact customer support or the VIP Team before you start playing. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving the bonus retroactively.

5.3. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have two options: either complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.
