The plan is always flawless on a whiteboard, immediately falls apart in practice, and then succeeds anyway because that was secretly the plan all along.

As in movies, there’s also a rich history of heist-themed slot games. While they don’t quite have a formula, the new Mystery Heist slot from BGaming definitely feels like we’ve been here before.

Is the Mystery Heist slot cool or a little dated?

The Mystery Heist slot combines an engaging core mechanic with a fairly well-executed heist theme. Its Sticky Mystery Prize system gives most of the gameplay an excitement clear focal point, which does offer some appeal. What I’m saying is that it’s just kind of okay. The theme is well-executed, but the execution is also very predictable, with the look and feel being so familiar that I’m sure I’ve played this slot before. I give it a seven out of ten.
