Wild West Bandits Strike Again in The Wildos Slot

The Wild West was a time of lawlessness, where the only thing more common than tumbleweeds were outlaws! These outlaws had names like Billy the Kid, Butch Cassidy, and the Sundance Kid, and they were as quick with a six-shooter as they were with a witty one-liner. Jesse James, notorious for robbing banks and trains, once quipped that he wasn’t a robber, just a redistributionist. And when Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were asked why they robbed banks, they replied, “Because that’s where the money is!”

Get your one-liners ready as you live the life of an outlaw in The Wildos slot from Thunderkick.

In both the base game and during free spins, multiplier wilds will appear on the reels. The value of any winning combination that these wild symbols are involved in will be multiplied by the displayed multiplier value. If a combination includes two wild multipliers, the values of the displayed multipliers will first be multiplied by each other before being applied to the winning combination. Multiplier wilds can only appear on reels two, three, and four. During free spins, multiplier wilds will become sticky and will be fixed in place until the end of your round.

A round of the slot’s free spins feature is triggered with three or more scatter symbols. Once you trigger a round, you’ll have the chance to grab sticky multiplier wilds. Additionally, if you fill reels two, three, or four with sticky wilds you will receive an additional three free spins.

Is The Wildos slot dead or alive?

Wild West-themed video slots are a dime a dozen. This generally means that to stick out from the crowd, you need to do something exceptional. I’m not sure if what The Wildos slot is doing is exceptional, but it definitely does stick out from the pack. I think it might be the interesting character design of the outlaws that gives the slot a look and feel that I’d don’t think I’ve come across before. The bonus features are a little lacking but those that are featured are pretty fantastic. I do wish there were one or two bonus features that tied into the theme, but that’s a small criticism.

The slot does have high volatility, ensuring you’ll have to endure long stretches between wins. However, thanks to the buy bonus feature, you don’t have to get bored as you make your way through these stretches. Plus, thanks to the 6,250x multiplier, you can still count on some nicely sized wins even if you’re betting at the €0.10 a spin minimum. The slot has a 96.15% RTP rating.

If you’re looking for a few other fun Thunderkick slots to try out, I recommend the quirky Bork the Berzerker, or the retro Flame Busters.
