As far as the Kraken theme goes, for some reason this horrifying beast that we have come to know through folklore has become a generous coin giver in the slot world. I highly doubt that my story will take such a turn once I leave this realm but I will be lurking. You have been warned.

Beat the Beast Kraken’s Lair is a 5x3 reel, 9 payline slot powered by Thunderkicksoftware. The symbols include Rayal Card Suits (10-A), Tridents, Medallions, Treasure Chests, Yellow Baby Kraken, Large Purple Kraken. The only Special Symbol is the Kraken Emblem that acts both as a Wild and Scatter that has Expanding Symbols and Free Spins. More details will be given in the feature’s section.
As far as controls go, they are all neatly located below the reels. On the far left hand side you will find the menu icon (circle with dots) that opens up to the pay tables and a full description of the game rules. Next is the balance window, the total win window and bet window. An icon with a token opens up to set your bet amount followed by the autoplay and spin buttons.

As a Wild, the Kraken Emblem symbol substitutes for all regular symbols in forming potential winning combinations. Land 5 on a payline and be awarded with 500x your stake. Land a winning combination with the Kraken Emblem Wild/Scatter, the regular winning symbol (or symbols) involved will expand to fill the entire reel.
As a Scatter, land at least 3 Kraken Emblems to trigger the Free Sins Feature with a paid amount of up to 200x your stake and be awarded with 10 free spins.
