Hades Lost Treasure Slot Review

Ah, Hades, the god of the dead and the underworld. He gets a bad rap for being an evil character, but in fact, he fights for the right of all dead to have a proper burial. 🏛️

If you think about it, there are way more dead people than ones alive, so Hades is in control of a massive army of folks and technically holds more power than any of the other Greek gods if you’re looking at body count alone. 💀💪

If I were Hades, I’d use my army of the undead to all hit the slot games. With over 100 billion people playing, I’d definitely hit a few Jackpots, and Hades Lost Treasure slot by Quickfire would be my first port of call. Let’s see what this game is packing. 💰🎰

Gameplay

Quickfire is known for building polished games, but Hades Lost Treasure takes things to the next level; this game looks and feels great, and the controls are some of the slickest I’ve tried in a while.

The 5x5-reel grid looks more metal than a Slayer album cover and is set against a hellish scene of Hades glowing in eerie candlelight. This game looks awesome.

Paying symbols include all your favorite Greek Gods, including Medusa, a Cyclops, and Cerberus. Blocker symbols (Black Stones) can be randomly removed during spins.

This game features a Tumble mechanic; every time a winning payline is formed, winning symbols are removed and filled from the top, which can create more potential wins, if the gods will it, of course.

Wilds replace all symbols except Hades Scatters. Multiplier Wilds that land on the grid during the base game award multipliers, which get added to the Multiplier Meter above the reels. You can score a multiplier of up to 500x.

All wins for a single spin are multiplied by the multiplier shown in the meter, which is reset to 1x after each spin.

Multiplier Wilds that are not part of a winning payline are not collected.

Landing 3 Hades Scatter symbols will trigger the main Hold & Win feature, which Quickfire calls Link & Win.

Hades Lost Treasure slot has a high volatility and an RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
of 96.23%
. There are 3,125 paylines and a max multiplier of 10,000x. The max win is $250,000. You can only play with fiat currencies, but no yen or ruble.

Features

HOLD & WIN:

This is where Hades Lost Treasure slot gets exciting. Land 3 Scatters, and you’ll enter the Hold & Win feature.

The feature starts with 3 guaranteed Multiplier symbols (ranging between 1x and 100x) landing on the 5x5-reel grid. You are also awarded 3 spins. Every time a new Multiplier or Special symbol lands, the spin counter is reset to 3.

Multiplier symbols that land become sticky, and empty positions spin independently.

Every time you land a Multiplier symbol, the meter above the reels progresses. Collect enough of them to unlock Special symbols with unique reel modifiers:

Collecting 9 symbols unlocks the first modifier, after which new modifiers are unlocked at 13, 17, and 21 collected Multiplier symbols.

The modifiers will treat you to the following:

The Cyclops symbol awards a multiplier of 2x to 8x, adds double the multiplier value of 2-5 random Multiplier symbols to itself, and adds that total value to a random Multiplier symbol.

  • The Cerberus symbol awards a multiplier of 2x to 8x and adds its value to 2 to 7 random Multiplier symbols.

  • The Bull Symbol awards a 2x to 8x multiplier and adds the multiplier value of 2-6 random Multiplier symbols to itself.

  • The Medusa symbol awards 2x to 10x and adds that random multiplier to all the surrounding Multiplier symbols.

  • The Hades symbol awards a 3x to 10x multiplier and ads 2x to 8x to 2 to 6 random Multiplier symbols.

  • The feature ends when you run out of spins or fill the reels with symbols. Then, there’s an added surprise: Hades Lost Treasures.

After the Hold & Win feature, you’re asked to pick between 4 Skull symbols. Choose the one that hides the Golden Key, and you’ll be awarded. This special feature selects between 2 and 20 random Multiplier symbols on the reel and adds a random multiplier between 2x and 25x.
BONUS BUY:

Who needs the gods' approval when you can buy yourself a Hold & Win feature? Skipping the line will cost you 100x your bet.

Performance

This slot game is beautifully polished in every sense of the word. Not only does it look great, but the gameplay is amazingly smooth. Hades Lost Treasure slot runs amazingly on mobile phones and across all popular browsers.

Maximum Win

Hades Lost Treasure slot has a high volatility rate, but if you hit the right spin, you could be walking away smiling. This slot game features a max multiplier of 10,000x and a generous max win of $250,000. The bet limit ranges from $0.20 to $25.

Conclusion

Another day, another Greek-themed slot game. Do game developers and players think that, somehow, these ancient deities are going to bring actual luck? I doubt it, but at least this game looks badass.

Quickfire has built a gorgeous game. I love how it looks and plays, but is it worth playing?

I think it is.

The base game isn’t massively special: you get a random Wild Multiplier, and that's about it, but the Hold & Win feature is something special.

As you collect more Multiplier symbols, you unlock special reel modifiers that blow this game up in a good way. I played a few bonus rounds and was impressed by how quickly the multipliers stack up.

Combine that with an accessible betting range and a good max win, and you’ve got a slot game that even the gods can approve of.

Volatility RateSlot games can have low, medium, high, or extremely high volatility rates (or a combination thereof).

The less volatile the game, the more often it should pay out, but the lower the amount, the less the payout, as this is in keeping with the risk you’re taking. Volatility rate should be considered in conjunction with a game’s RTP.
