X-Demon Bonus Buy Slot Review
Ex-girlfriends are exes for a reason. Either you, or they, did something questionable, or you simply weren’t compatible.
But some women don’t like to take responsibility or face the fact that something about them didn’t work for you. And as the saying goes, there’s nothing worse than a woman scorned. Trust me, I know. 🐇👩🍳
A vindictive wench will burn down the world to take her revenge on a man she feels has wronged her. So I’d rather take my chances with an ex-demon. Make that X-Demon Bonus Buy slot from Evoplay. 👹😈
Gameplay
I reviewed this game’s predecessor a while back, so it’ll be interesting to see if the inclusion of a Bonus Buy will make a substantial difference. Join me on this journey as I work through the ins and outs of X-Demon Bonus Buy slot.
Stats-wise, the games are very similar. Both have 20 paylines but there are slight variations between the RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., max win, and max multiplier. Check it out:
- RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.: Original = 96.07% vs 96.04% - Max Multiplier: Original = 2,560x vs 2,584x
- Max Win: Original = €256,000 vs €258,400
Both offer a medium/high volatility rate but you still won’t be able to play with the Japanese yen; that’s the only currency on the naughty list for both versions of this game.
The action takes place in the same kinda setting – the 5x4-reel grid is nestled between two statues of angelic knights with swords. You’ll also notice that there’s a horizontal reel that runs across the top of the grid; more on that later.
Things look fantastic on a mobile phone, coz in portrait mode, you only see the grid which fills the entire screen. It’s a better option than playing in landscape mode.
The high-paying symbols are Demons of different colors, and the Wild – a red “W” in a yellow, glowing ball – replaces all symbols, except for the Scatter. You’ll only see Wilds when triggering the Wild Attack feature, though.
Features
WILD ATTACK:
You’ll see Wild Attack symbols (W’s with wings) on the horizontal row which, incidentally, doesn’t form part of the winning paylines.
If you see a Wild Attack land on the top row along with a Demon directly underneath it, the Demon will transform into a Wild.
FREE SPINS:
It’ll take 3, 4, or 5 Bonus symbols to trigger 8, 10, or 12 Free Spins respectively.
Each Demon has its own Collection Meter in this round (showing how many Demons are left). Now, when you get a Wild Attack on the horizontal row along with a Demon directly beneath it, that Demon turns Wild, as we know.
That means the Demon’s meter will decrease by a factor of one. When the Demon’s meter is depleted, the Demon in the collection turns gold and you’ll be awarded 2 more spins. Demons will then appear as Golden Wilds for the rest of the Free Spins round.
BUY BONUS:
The Bonus Buy is all about Free Spins. Here’s a breakdown of the costs and what you get in return:
- Option 1: 8 spins for 30x your bet
- Option 2: 10 spins for 52x your bet
- Option 3: 12 spins for 86x your bet
And those prices aren’t too shabby either. The norm is 100x for 8 to 10 spins, so big ups Evoplay.
Performance
Performance on X-Demon Bonus Buy slot wasn’t an issue. The game did what it was supposed to, across all devices and browsers.
Maximum Win
OK, so we don’t have the highest multiplier in the world – at 2,584x – and it means you have to pony up €100 a shot if you’re chasing down the €258,400 max win, but you can always bet from as little as €0.10.
Conclusion
Yeah, I like this game better with a Bonus Buy option. It’s my preferred way to play on this particular slot, thanks to the reasonable cost which, when coupled with a bit of luck, can yield some decent moolah.
X-Demon Bonus Buy slot is simplicity itself, so it’s easy to get to grips with (newbies, take note) and mobile players should delight in the experience.
