Marble Race Review
Do you have a friend who turns everything into a competition? Like, if you go on holiday together, he/she has to turn it into The Amazing Race? 🏃♀️
Sightseeing? Are you crazy? We need to get to the hotel pronto to check in! We can’t just walk around aimlessly taking pictures 📸; there has to be a plan that’s properly executed so that we use our time with maximum efficiency! ⏱️
Racing, unless it’s on two wheels, triggers me like an epileptic at a disco, but that’s not the case with Marble Race from Evolution. This is a super fun game, and at least you don’t have to go anywhere – you can play it from the comfort of your couch. 🛋️
Gameplay
Live games are always big on entertainment value, and Marble Race is no exception. The game is hosted by… hosts who interact with you via live chat.
This game is not your usual fare – what we have here is a game where you bet on which marbles you think will go through the obstacle course first, or the pair you think will come in first and second.
There are six colors to choose from: black, white, blue, orange, red, and green. The obstacle course is made up of a track that sees the six balls released at the same time.
They go down a ramp where there are raised islands (this deviates the balls from their path). They hit some corners, get smacked around by a paddle, get taken for a spin by a circle with a hollow space in it, hit a plinko-style area with pins, and land in order in a narrow finish zone.
When it comes to betting, you can bet on First Place, or First and Second Place.
FIRST PLACE:
You’re betting on the marble you think will cross the finish line first, so all you have to do is choose your bet and click on the large, rectangle-shaped colored box in the bottom middle of the screen. You can even bet on multiple boxes simultaneously to hedge your bets.
FIRST AND SECOND PLACE:
This option allows you to bet on which marbles you think will finish the race in first and second place. Instead of placing your bets on the big rectangles like you would for First Place only, you’ll use the 6x5 colored grid beneath them.
Your first placement is for the marble you think will win, and your second placement is for the marble you think will be the runner-up.
You can bet a bunch of money on your first bet and less on the second, the same amount on both, or spread your bets across multiple colors to hedge your bets; it’s all up to you.
Note: You can cycle between the 6 rectangular boxes and the smaller ones for First and Second Place betting by clicking the coin/bet icon.
To the bottom right of the screen is a grid that shows you the hit rate, in percentages, of the various colored marbles. Click on the graph icon to the right of the bet icon to see the stats in graphical form.
PAYOUTS/MAX MULTIPLIERS:
You’re probably wondering about the payouts – and, of course, if you can bet on multiple colors, this implies there’s a ratio that rewards you for selecting more than one or two colors. A win for a First Place pays 4.75x:1 while a win on the First and Second Place bet pays 27:1 odds.
RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.:
- First Place: 95.83%
- First and Second Place: 93.33%
BET LIMITS:
- First Place: $0.10 to $5,000
- First and Second Place: $0.10 to $500
MAX WIN:
- First Place: $23,750
- First and Second Place: $13,500
As for the currency restrictions, you can’t play with the Australian or Canadian dollar or Dogecoin. All other forms of money are good to go.

The max multiplier goes from 4.75x to 27x, and the max win ranges from $13,500 to $23,750. Betting for First Place is from $0.10 to $5,000 while betting for First and Second Place is from $0.10 to $500.
Conclusion
I loved playing Marble Race – it’s a ridiculous amount of fun betting on which marble you think will cross the finish line. I get why people enjoy horse and dog racing – one minute your choice is in the lead, then it’s overtaken – it’s a rollercoaster of emotions and adrenaline.
Also, the fact that the action is live adds to the fun. Plus you can chat to the host or hostess, so there’s a social element – this game’s got it all. And hey, 13,5 or 23 grand is nothing to sneeze at so you can still make some decent cheddar while you’re having the time of your life.
Evolution has a whack of real-time action to try out. There’s baccarat, blackjack, roulette, pachinko, unique stuff like Crazy Time, and a whole host of others, so if live games are what you live for, check it out.
