11 Coins of Fire Slot Review

The Cuerdale Hoard was one of the most significant Viking treasure troves ever found. Discovered near Lancashire, England, in 1840, it comprises some 8,600 items including silver coins, jewelry, hacksilver, and ingots.

Apparently, the workmen who discovered it got to keep a coin each. How nice is that? Those things must be worth a small fortune!

I’d follow suit but all that digging and rummaging around in the muck doesn’t suit me. I think I’ll stick to trying my luck with 11 Coins of Fire slot by Quickfire. That’s why technology was invented, after all!

Gameplay

It looks like Quickfire wasn’t all that invested in making this game look good. I mean, it’s OK and all, but it’s probably one of the more under-designed games I’ve seen in a while.

There’s a Viking village in the background behind the 5x3-reel grid, and the symbols on the reels are all horned helmets (which Vikings didn’t wear, just by the way), arrowheads, and ship masts and sails.

The RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
is 96.4%
– that’s a good start – and the volatility rate is high. Those stats imply a decent max win, and that’s exactly what we find: €250,000 big ones are on the table if you play your cards right on this game.

The only caveat is that 11 Coins of Fire slot accepts fiat currency but not crypto. Sorry, Satoshi.

Features

The WILD symbol can replace all other symbols except the Scatter or the Golden Coin symbols. Collect 3 or more GOLDEN COIN symbols and you’ll be awarded with its respective cash prize – you’ll see what these are when you look at the meter to the left of the grid.

TREASURE PICK:

Landing these Golden Coins can trigger the Treasure Pick feature. When the festivities begin, you’ll see 15 treasure chests – pick up to 11 of these (if you can). Golden Coins award prizes while a single Silver Coin will end the feature.

FREE SPINS WITH EXTRA WILDS:

It’ll take 3 or more Scatters on reels 2, 3, or 4 to trigger this feature, which will see you rewarded with 10 Free Spins. So, check this out – you’ll also have 30, 60, or 100 Wilds added to the reels when you start! No freakin’ way?! And the Free Spins are re-triggerable!

Performance

Let’s be honest: 11 Coins of Fire slot is a pretty simple game. As such, I was expecting hassle-free play with zero glitches. And you know what? That’s exactly what happened.

I played on both my phone and desktop, on Chrome and Safari, and it was all plain sailing.

Maximum Win

The betting range on this game isn’t fairly modest – it starts at €0.20 and heads north to €25. You don’t need to be a mathematical egghead to figure out that if you go all-in at €25 and land the 10,000x multiplier, then the max win you’ll be taking home is €250,000.

Nothing wrong with a quarter of a million in greenbacks!

Conclusion

I’ll be honest – sitting in the base game collecting Golden Coins and hoping that the Treasure Pick feature triggers can be a yawn fest.

Thankfully there’s the Free Spins round and the Treasure Pick feature – both of which can score you some skrilla.

Having said that, they’re not the most visually appealing or entertaining features. Also, due to the high volatility rate, it means that big wins are rare and take some serious effort.

I wasn’t blown away by 11 Coins of Fire slot. It’s not that it’s a bad game, it’s just a bit meh. But if you’re less worried about being entertained and you’ve got the patience to chase down the big wins, then this could be a viable option for ya.
