12 Lucky Clovers Slot Review
My mother is the worst at video calling but also insists on it. Mostly, I get extreme close-ups of her forehead, blurry shots of her ceiling fan, and the occasional accidental glimpse into her nostrils👃.
The angle is always terrible, the lighting is atrocious, and the whole thing is deeply unsettling😮💨. And that's exactly the vibe I get from the character design in 12 Lucky Clovers from CT Interactive.
The leprechauns and lady leprechauns are so zoomed in they look like they're about to sneeze directly into my screen. It's like they're trying to connect, but they just don't quite understand the technology. And honestly, that's a pretty accurate metaphor for the whole game🎰.
It's a well-intentioned effort, but it's ultimately a bit of a mess.
Gameplay
Woof, 12 Lucky Clovers slot is an ugly affair, but let's not judge the game too quickly. Although, this is a fiat currency-only game. So, not a good start. You can bet from $0.10 up to $50 a spin. The highest possible multiplier is 1,000x, and the highest payout is $50,000.
Okay, maybe I was right to judge this game that quickly. This is a high-volatility game, and all you can win is $50K.
There are 5 reels, 3 rows, and 10 paylines. You can tell because along the side of the very plain-looking reels are little bars telling you there are 10 fixed lines.
On the reels, the high-paying symbols consist of lady leprechauns, hats, beers, and pots of gold. The Wild symbol is a leprechaun that can substitute for all the pay symbols except the Scatter, a four-lead clover.
Landing 3 or more Scatters awards Free Spins. This game's RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is 95.88%.
Features
FREE SPINS
Landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatters at once will grant you 5, 12, or 20 Free Spins. During Free Spin, Scatter symbols can land with a tiny gold four-leaf clover token that sticks to the reels.
At the end of your Free Spins, the number of Tokens on the reels determines a Bonus Prize:
- Less than 5 Tokens awards 2x your bet.
- Between 5 to 9 Tokens awards 15x your bet.
- From 10 to 11 Tokens, award 500x your bet.
- From 12 to 15 Tokens, award 1,000x your bet.
GAMBLE FEATURE
After any win less than 10x your bet, you can gamble or keep your prize. Click on the Gamble button, and a pop-up will appear.
In the middle of the display is a facedown card. You can guess the color of the card you win 2x your bet, or guess the suit and win 4x your bet. If you guess incorrectly, you lose your gamble amount. You can successfully gamble up to 50x your bet.
Performance
This game played just fine on my Android phone and gaming laptop.
Maximum Win
The most you can win in this game is $50,000 thanks to the 1,000x top multiplier if you're wagering the highest bet in the range, which is $0.10 to $50.
Conclusion
Unfortunately, 12 Lucky Clovers slot doesn't have the looks, stats, or winning opportunities to excite most players despite the Instant Prizes at the end of the Free Spins, which is how you would win the main prize.
Even Book of Power slot, another title from the same makers that also offers a top prize of $50K, offers Win Multipliers and a Gamble Wheel to win an Instant Prize of Free Spins, plus there are 2 versions of Free Spins.
In one version, a random pay symbol is chosen to act as an additional Wild to help complete pay line wins.
If you're looking for a game that offers a little better top prize, Lord of the Ocean Buy Bonus slot has a 6,422x max multiplier that can lead to a $321,100 win. I'd instead put $50 on the line for a win of that size.
Better yet, the Raging Waterfall Megaways slot has a $340,000 top payout if you can manage to hit the 10,000x top multiplier while wagering $34.

Volatility RateSlot games can have low, medium, high, or extremely high volatility rates (or a combination thereof).
The less volatile the game, the more often it should pay out, but the lower the amount, the less the payout, as this is in keeping with the risk you’re taking. Volatility rate should be considered in conjunction with a game’s RTP.: High
