Amazing Pharoah Review
Getting ripped takes some doing, and it’s incrementally tougher the older you get. I read somewhere that 4 times Mr. Olympia winner Jay Cutler lost so much fat that walking became painful. You see, the soles of your feet are cushioned in fat, and he’d lost all that padding.
Gambling games aren’t known for promoting good health and a better physique but take a look at the hero in Amazing Pharoah bingo from Quickfire. That dude’s ripped! And he’s a few hundred years old, too!
He kinda makes me want to drag my saggy ass back to gym. Except I think I’d prefer to win a Jackpot and go for lipo. 🏋️💪
Gameplay
Have we got something special for you today! Instead of the usual slot game stuff, we’re going to get to grips with a video bingo game instead.
Now, it does come clothed in Ancient Egyptian garb, but we’ll forgive it for that, considering that the rest of the game is unique.
And just like a bingo game, you can buy up to 4 tickets. There’s also the option to buy up to 12 extra balls (you’ll start with 30).
There are 19 prize patterns, rather than the paylines you’d see on a slot game, which you’ll need to complete – as you would in traditional bingo. Doing so awards prizes and extra rounds.
And things look great on a mobile phone in portrait mode. Everything is super legible and well laid out, with the controls being evenly spaced at the bottom for ease of use. Flip your phone to landscape mode for an equally enjoyable experience. So really, how you play is up to you.
Before we get into the features, a quick look at the stats reveals a 95% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., a high volatility rate, and a max win of €50,000. You can play with all manner of fiat currency – as long as it’s not the Japanese yen – but crypto is unfortunately not an option.
Hit the AUTO button and you’ll be presented with a slew of options you can toggle or buy. You can select how many rounds to play (from 10 to 100), buy extra balls, and set your bets per ticket. Then you can set your loss and win limits, as usual.
The last thing I want to mention is the Wild Ball. This symbol has a maneki-neko cat with a joker’s hat; don’t ask me why Quickfire has included this in an Egyptian-themed game.
If you buy balls at the Extra Ball stage, these have a chance of becoming Wild Balls which entitles you to select/cover any number the tickets haven’t called.
Features
FREE ROUNDS:
Introducing a world first! Amazing Pharoah bingo has the honor of being the first video bingo game to offer Free Rounds! The 4 distinct prize patterns award Free Rounds:
- The 750x prize pattern awards 10 Free Rounds
- The 400x prize pattern awards 5 Free Rounds
AMAZING JACKPOTS BONUS FEATURE:
You’ll trigger this feature when you collect 6 scarab beetles in the Jackpot panel (you’ll need to be playing on all 4 tickets). The panel is that strip above the tickets with a placeholder for the scarabs – intuitive, right?
When the round starts, you’ll be taken to a screen where you’ll see 12 arks (little ones, not Noah-level vessels, in case you were wondering). Your job is to pick the ark you think houses a Golden Scarab.
Your prize is determined by the number of Golden Scarabs you find. And, if the ripped Pharoah decides to do you a solid, he’ll randomly award extra picks during the round.
I mentioned prizes, but what are these? There are 6 Jackpots you could win, and they pay out as follows:
- Mini Jackpot (1 Scarab): 50x your bet per ticket
- Minor Jackpot (2 Scarabs): 100x your bet per ticket
- Major Jackpot (3 Scarabs): 250x your bet per ticket
- Grand Jackpot (4 Scarabs): 500x your bet per ticket
- Mega Jackpot (5 Scarabs): 1,000x your bet per ticket
- Amazing Jackpot (6 Scarabs): 10,000x your bet per ticket
The gameplay on Amazing Pharoah bingo was flawless during testing. It worked perfectly on my phone, tablet, and laptop.
Maximum Win
As you might have read above, there’s some good news (the highest multiplier on offer is 10,000x) and some less-than-stellar news (the max win is only €50,000).
The betting range starts at the teeniest-tiniest €0.05 and is capped at €5, which means playing multiple cards and chasing that max win could be pretty doable for most players.
Conclusion
If you thought bingo was only for purple-haired oldies who fart like diesel trucks and smell like mothballs, you might need to revise your thinking. Amazing Pharoah bingo is… rather amazing.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time testing this bad boy. The max win being on the anemic side didn’t bother me; the experience more than made up for it and the fact that I wasn’t being bent over the table by the betting range was also a pleasant change.
I also loved that I wasn’t limited to desktop play and taking this game with me provided hours of entertainment. Naturally, triggering the Jackpot round proved as elusive as finding a woman willing to make the beast with two backs with me, but that’s to be expected.
Yep, it’s a winner! Try it!
