Ammit Hellfire Slot Review

In Egyptian mythology, Ammit waits in the Hall of Judgment to devour the hearts of those who failed the weighing ceremony. She was part crocodile 🐊, part lion, and part hippo, which is a crazy mix of some of the biggest and baddest we’ve ever seen.

The ancient Egyptians called her "the Devourer of the Dead," which is honestly a pretty straightforward job description. No pension, no benefits, just an eternity of eating hearts 🫀 that didn't meet the standards. Zero chance of unemployment.

Quickfire clearly thought this was the perfect mascot, so here’s Ammit Hellfire slot. 🔥

Gameplay

The setting is a fiery but cluttered Egyptian underworld, complete with glowing hieroglyphics and a 5-reel, 4-row grid. Dressed up for the occasion, Ammit stands on the left, awaiting her next victim.

High-paying symbols include the Eye of Horus, a Scarab, a Scroll, and a Fan. The Wild substitutes for all symbols except Scatters and Value Symbols (Coins).

Above the reels are tiered Value Symbol displays showing possible multipliers: Tier 1 (1x-5x), Tier 2 (7.5x-25x), and Tier 3 (50x-5,000x). More on this coming up. The same goes for the multiplier meter on the right.

The game runs on 20 paylines, a 96% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
, high volatility, a 6,000x max multiplier, and a $240,000 max win. This is a fiat-only game (JPY and RUB are not accepted).

Features

BASE GAME COLLECTOR

Coin symbols are Value Symbols. Ammit is the Collector Symbol appearing on reel 5. Whenever Value Symbols land on the reels with the Collector on reel 5, the total sum is awarded.

FEATURE MULTIPLIER

The Feature Multiplier starts at x1 and increases by 1 whenever a Scatter lands on reels 2 and 3 without one on reel 4. The maximum multiplier available is x10.

MYSTERY PRIZE

During a base game spin, a Mystery Prize may be randomly awarded. Tier 1 consists of Low-Value Symbols, Tier 2 of Medium-Value Symbols, and Tier 3 of High-Value Symbols. All fixed Prizes from any Tier are eligible. Your prize is randomly selected from these Tiers.

BONUS FEATURE

Landing Scatters on reels 2, 3, and 4 triggers the Bonus Feature. Your current multiplier from the base game is applied to random values from the different Tiers:

  • Tier 1 (1x-5x)
  • Tier 2 (7.5x-25x)
  • Tier 3 (50x-5,000x)

You’ll start off with 3 spins to land Value Symbols. Every spin equals one chance. Each Value Symbol that lands will award a value from its Tier at the end of the Bonus Feature. Whenever a Value Symbol lands, it locks in place while the remaining positions spin independently.

As long as you score at least one Value Symbol on a spin, your spin counter resets to 3. Once you’ve run out of spins or filled all the positions on the grid, the feature ends.

At the end of the Bonus, each Value Symbol is awarded a random value from its respective Tier. If all positions are filled, the total sum is multiplied by x2. After the feature ends, your multiplier resets to a random value between x1 and x4.

MAX WIN SYMBOL

If you land the Max Win symbol together with a Collector on reel 5, you’re awarded the 6,000x max multiplier. However, when this happens during the base game, it’s not possible to trigger the Bonus Game.

Performance

Ammit kept everything in check, and I didn’t experience any issues at all.

Max Win

Players can bet anywhere from $0.20 to $40. To score the $240,000 max win, land the 6,000x max multiplier on a $40 bet.

Conclusion

The base game relies on landing Coin symbols alongside Ammit on reel 5 to collect values. The Feature Multiplier creates a slow-burn progression system that carries into the Bonus Feature.

The Bonus Feature is a Hold and WinThis feature plays out on a new screen. Typically, you get 3 re-spins (which could be re-triggered), and the triggering symbols usually stick to the position on which they land. Your objective is to land as many symbols as possible on the grid (you could land blank tiles, too).-style game with a twist: Value Symbols are assigned to 3 Tiers, and the multiplier applies to all values awarded. The goal is to fill all positions, which triggers a x2 multiplier on top of the existing Feature multiplier.

The big wins live in Tier 3, where values range from 50x to 5,000x. If you enter the Bonus with a 10x multiplier, fill the board, and land multiple Tier 3 symbols, the 2x multiplier for a full board stacks on top of the 10x, creating explosive payout potential.

The Max Win Symbol in the base game offers a shortcut to the 6,000x max multiplier, but it locks out the Bonus Feature, which is the game's primary money-maker. It's a high-risk, high-reward bailout for players who land it early.

Low-stakes players should stick to organic triggers and grind the base game, focusing on building the multiplier before the Bonus hits.

Mid-range players benefit from a balanced approach: build the multiplier to 5x or higher before hoping for a Bonus trigger. Entering the Bonus with a low multiplier (1x-2x) really limits your potential.

High-rollers chasing the max win need to bet max ($40) and aim for a 10x multiplier entry into the Bonus, followed by a full board of Value Symbols with multiple Tier 3 hits. It's a narrow path, but it's the only route to the ceiling.
