Animal Quest Slot Review
Go on an action-packed adventure with Turtle, Rhino, Opussum, and Red Panda, searching the lost city of Dinotitlan for treasure. These lovable characters will take you on an adventure on the reels as they spin through masks searching for the dragon eye to unlock the temple of treasure. I love going on an adventure, especially when it is going through a drive-thru to see what's new on the menu.
Gameplay
Animal Quest is a 5x4 reel, 40 payline video slot powered by Evoplaysoftware. Special symbols include the Dragon Eye Wild and the Dragon Eye Stone Scatter that triggers the Free Spins Feature. There are also Big Symbols and Gold Symbols. More detail will be given in the Features section.
The game controls at the bottom of the screen are from left to right: the Information Icon expanding to the Paytable, Rules and Games Settings buttons followed by the Balance window, adjustable Bet window, Spin button that is also the Autoplay button when holding it in, Fast Play Mode button, Sound button, Settings button, and Full-Screen Mode button.
Features

Unique Features
Big Symbols: during the base game, the 1x2 Adventurer Character Symbols can appear as 3x3 Big Symbols. When in a winning combination with symbols of the same character, a respin is awarded. Respins continue if more character symbols of the same kind land.
Land 2 Dragon Eye Stone Scatters and the Dragon Eye Wild to trigger the Free Spins Feature, awarding 10 Free Spins. During the feature, the Big Symbols become Gold Symbols and substitute for all symbols in winning combinations. Each Gold Symbol has a multiplier as follows:
Turtle: 2x
Rhino: 3x
Opossum: 4x
Red Panda: 5x
Performance
Animal Quest is exquisitely designed and makes use of unique features to keep gameplay entertaining. The combination of the Big Symbols becoming Gold Multiplier Symbols in the Free Spins Feature makes for some animalistic wins. The graphics, design, and animation are spectacular. The RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is at 96.1% with high volatility.
Max Win
The max coin win is 1055x your stake.
Conclusion
Animal Quest ticks all the boxes, but the 1 box it fails to tick is the max win, which is rather disappointing considering that it is a high volatility slot. But then again, it's all fun and games going on a treasure hunt, thinking that you will find heaps of treasure, but only to find treasure that you didn't quite have in mind. Like when I got a Happy Meal, I thought I would get a kick-ass Stallion toy, only for it to be a mini My Little pony.
