Ark of Ra Slot Review

Disney pioneered the sexy cartoon character to the point that I’m pretty sure that every 90s kid had their sexual awakening via various characters from our favorite family movies.

And while a lot of animated films still have sexy anthropomorphic characters flooding the screen, I also have to give props to our fave game studios for continuing the legacy.

Take Ark of Ra slot from Quickfire for example. With a theme set in Ancient Egypt, was it really necessary to make the gods so damn hot?

Then again, the Ancient Egyptians didn’t exactly shy away from their sexuality (those little skirt thingies left little to the imagination). Maybe we could learn a thing or two from them.

Gameplay

Even excluding the sexy Egyptian gods from the narrative, Ark of Ra slot is pretty good looking. The reels are backed by a stunning desert landscape, complete with pyramids and pyres burning off to the side.

This game is more than decent on a mobile phone too – particularly in portrait mode. It’ll play out fine in landscape, but the controls tend to hide at the bottom of the screen if you choose to do things this way.

Ark of Ra slot has some really impressive stats, starting with the 96.14% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. and medium volatility rate (alright, the volatility rate is pretty standard). Bet limits range between €0.20 and €250, and the maximum win clocks in at a whopping €250,000.

Unfortunately, crypto players are going to have to sit this one out. But Fiat players using any currency besides Japanese yen can enjoy everything Ark of Ra slot has to offer.

Features

COIN COLLECT METER

Each reel has a Coin Collect Meter attached to it. When a coin lands on a reel, it’s added to the respective meter.

Collecting 2 coins will feel the meter, at which point the Wild Reels feature will be triggered. Pretty simple!

WILD REELS

If you’ve managed to collect two coins (yes, very impressive) to fill the Coin Collect Meter, the respective reel will turn Wild. Wild Reels are active for 2 spins during the base game.

Oh, and the Wild can substitute for all symbols except the Coin and Scatter.

FREE SPINS

Landing 3 or more Scatters on reels 1, 3, and 5 will trigger the Free Spins Selection. You’ll have a choice between three different options, which can play out as follows:

Two Free Spins, three Wild Reels
Eight Free Spins, two Wild Reels
Twenty Five Free Spins, one Wild Reel

Performance

Pretty damn decent performance from Ark of Ra slot! It worked seamlessly on my mobile and desktop devices, as well as Chrome and Safari.

No probs here.

Maximum Win

I’d happily take one for the team and snap up this €250,000 win – thanks everyone!

Conclusion

Ark of Ra slot is pretty much your typical Ancient Egypt-themed game. It’s not too complex, but it has a couple of nice features.

I like that you can choose between three Free Spins options, and the Wild Reels feature also offers a little bit of extra excitement.

This game is pretty simple so don’t expect too many bells and whistles, but for chill play with decent wins Ark of Ra slot could be your man.
