Beam Boys Slot Review
Thankfully, I’ve not had LASIK eye surgery because I think it would freak me the f*^#k out to have a laser beam slicing through my eyeball’s cornea. 👁️👁️ And they don’t even put you to sleep when they do it! Errr, no thanks! 😱🫣
The truth is, laser beams are super useful, and until now, they’ve been used for communication, in the manufacturing and entertainment industries, as well as for research. 🎼🔬
But to my knowledge, Hacksaw is the first to use laser beams in gambling! Introducing Beam Boys slot, where a good dose of beamage could make you see your way clear to $250,000! 💰💵
Gameplay
I was like, “What kind of dodgy title is this for a game?” and my brain went straight to the gutter. But in actual fact, the theme of Hacksaw’s latest is a cat that shoots laser beams from its eyes!
Beam Boys slot has a gritty, graphic novel feel and looks incredible! To the left of the 6-reel 4-row grid is the variable volatility setting so you can toggle between normal and extremely volatile. Nothing in between to be had here!
The high-paying symbols are dead animals – vegan players be warned! You’ll find up to 4,096 ways to win in this game. The RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is 96.35% when you go for the Normal Volatility rate, and it’s 96.26% when Extreme Volatility has been selected.
The max multiplier is a kick-ass 12,500x, and the top prize is $250,000, which is astonishingly generous for a variable volatility game.
You’ll need to play with fiat money, but luckily, any form of old-school moolah will do.
Features
WILD ROWS:
When the Wild Laser Cat symbol lands on reels 2 to 6, it will shoot a blue beam from the right of the grid to the left, across all the positions on the row that the symbol lands on.
Every symbol the laser beam flies over will transform into Wild symbols (which replace all regular symbols), thereby creating a Wild Row.
FREE SPINS:
Landing FS Scatters gets you into the Free Spins round: 3, 4, 5, or 6 Scatters award 5, 10, 20, or 40 spins, respectively. You can also boost these spins by landing additional Scatters during the round: 2 FS Scatters = 2 more spins; 3 FS Scatters = 4 more spins.
The kitty will grow an additional head during this round for even more laser-beam action! Hence the “boys” part of the game’s title.

Seeing as this is a Hacksaw game, you’ll find many options that you can purchase when clicking on the Buy Bonus button.

Performance
I played hundreds of spins of Beam Boys slot and it never set a paw wrong.
Maximum Win
A bet of $20, in conjunction with the 12,500x multiplier, will see you walk away with the $250,000 top payout. The minimum bet is $0.10.
Conclusion
It seems to me that Beam Boys slot is centered on the Buy Bonus, but I’m OK with that. I used them extensively, and it really did kick things off much faster than if I was playing the game organically.
Also, you can take up a Buy Bonus at a specific bet and toggle the amount after the fact by simply using the up and down arrows next to the SPIN button.
Beam Boys slot is like a mushroom; he’s a fungi (get it?) when he gets going, and you can’t argue with the stats. Hacksaw has brought its A-game with this one, and the wild graphics and unique theme help to round out this sweet slot.
