Blazing Bison Gold Blitz Ultimate Double X Slot Review

There should be a rule that anything involving animals must be narrated by Richard Attenborough, or at least an AI version of his voice. Imagine playing a slot where Mr A guides you on your journey towards fame and glory. 🙌

I believe it would be fantastic, but until that day comes, we’ll have to settle for the non-narrated kind like Blazing Bison Gold Blitz Ultimate Double X Slot from Quickfire. đŸ€·đŸ»

Gameplay

Imagine seeing the sky being filled with pink, yellow and purple fire-clouds and a gigantic bison-head appearing amongst them. It would freak me out, but in a slot backdrop, anything goes. Beyond the bizarre backdrop, there’s a lot more happening here.

The 6-reel, 5-4-4-4-5 row grid has a flashy, gold-glinting look. Golden dice, horseshoes, bells, 7s, and the bison head are all among the highest-paying symbols.

The Wild appears only in the base game and substitutes for all other symbols except for Scatters, Cash Multiplier Increase, Cash, Jackpot, and Collect. It doesn’t pay on its own, but it’s vital for landing bigger wins by completing combinations.

Both bottom corners offer a direct link to either the Buy Bonus or the Blitz Boost features. I’ll dive into what they can do for your game in just a moment.

If you need extra incentive to play the game, the studio has lined up the Jackpots on the left: the Mini pays 10x, the Minor pays 15x, the Major pays 50x, the Mega pays 250x, and the Grand pays 2,500x.

Sitting above the Jackpots is the Bonus meter. Land Scatters to fill it up, but don’t worry, this will also be covered in the Features section below. Also,if you look closely, you can spot the Cash Multiplier wheel placed above reels 2 and 5, which comes in handy as you play along.

So here’s what the Blazing Bison is running on in terms of stats: 6,400 ways, a 96% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., a medium volatility rate, a 5,000x max multiplier, and a $250,000 max win.

This is a fiat-only release, but the yen and ruble are unfortunately not accepted.

Features

COLLECT FEATURE

The lightning bolt Collect symbol appears on reels 1 and 6. Landing one triggers the Collect feature, which gathers all visible Cash and Jackpot values on the reels.

  • Cash symbol - Values range from 0.5x to 20x
  • Mini Jackpot - 10x
  • Minor Jackpot - 15x
  • Major Jackpot - 50x
  • Mega Jackpot - 250x
  • Grand Jackpot - 2,500x.

DOUBLE X

When a Double X symbol lands, your Cash Multiplier gets a 2x boost. This multiplier applies to all Cash symbols collected on reels 2–5. It can reach up to 10x in the base game and 20x during Free Spins.

CASH MULTIPLIER

After each payout in the base game, the Cash Multiplier resets. However, during Free Spins or Re-spins, it doesn’t reset, allowing you to build momentum and stack larger wins over multiple spins.

RE-SPIN

If a Collect symbol lands on reels 1 and 6 but there are no Cash or Jackpot symbols to collect, you’ll trigger a Re-spin. Reels 1 and 6 stay locked while the middle reels spin again, guaranteeing at least one hit.

Before the Re-spin, the Cash Multiplier can randomly increase by 2x or 4x, giving the feature some juicy potential.

BONUS COLLECT METER

Landing Scatter symbols on reels 2–4 fills the Bonus Meter. You’ll need 3 or 4 Scatters to trigger Free Spins. Once your Free Spins end, the meter resets randomly to 5–15%, so you’re never starting completely from scratch.

CHOOSE YOUR BLITS FREE SPINS

When Free Spins are triggered, depending on how many Scatters you landed, you’ll get a choice of spins and symbol setups. More Scatters means more spins and a higher symbol density.

If 3 Scatters triggered the feature, these are your options:

  • 8 Free Spins with 60 Cash and Jackpot symbols
  • 12 Free Spins with 40 Cash and Jackpot symbols
  • 15 Free Spins with 20 Cash and Jackpot symbols

If 4 Scatters triggered the feature, your options are:

  • 12 Free Spins with 60 Cash and Jackpot symbols
  • 15 Free Spins with 40 Cash and Jackpot symbols
  • 20 Free Spins with 20 Cash and Jackpot symbols

If you land the Collect Re-trigger symbol (bolt+1), you’re awarded the values of all landed Cash and Jackpot symbols + you get one additional Free Spin. Landing a Re-trigger symbol (+1) also gives you an extra spin.

BLITZ BOOST

Clicking Blitz Boost lets you supercharge the base game with two paid upgrades:

Double Blitz Boost (2x) - Doubles the frequency of Collect symbols
Guaranteed Blitz Boost (10x) - Guarantees a Collect symbol on every spin

BUY BONUS

Jump straight into Free Spins by taking advantage of the Buy Bonus.

  • 3 Scatter Free Spins - 100x
  • 4 Scatter Free Spins - 170x

Performance

Even with this much going on, everything worked flawlessly across the board.

Max Win

Players can bet anywhere from $0.20 to $50. Hitting the 5,000x max multiplier on a $50 bet will get you the $250,000 max win.

Conclusion

Blazing Bison Gold Blitz Ultimate Double X slot is the kind of game that looks chaotic at first glance, but it’s actually built with solid balance underneath all that lightning and gold. The medium volatility and roughly 1 in 4–5 spin hit rate make it more forgiving than you’d expect.

The Collect mechanic keeps the base game exciting, while the Free Spins mode delivers most of the big moments, especially if you can build up that Cash Multiplier. It’s a setup rewarding patience and strategy over raw luck.

Compared to other Quickfire releases, it sits neatly between Gold Blitz Extreme slot, which offers a riskier climb but a higher ceiling, and Blazing Bison Gold Blitz (the original), which was simpler and more predictable.

The “Ultimate Double X” edition hits a sweet middle ground, providing steady action with enough variety to keep you hooked. The 5,000x max multiplier isn’t going to shatter records, but it’s realistic and achievable enough to feel motivating rather than mythical.

The extra layers of Buy Bonus and Blitz Boost also make it a smart pick for players who like fine-tuning their risk level without feeling trapped by high volatility.

All in all, Blazing Bison Gold Blitz Ultimate Double X slot feels like a well-oiled evolution of the series, with more options, more rhythm, and just enough danger to keep the herd moving.
