Caesar was a tough old bastard, and honestly not the best emperor. In fact, it’s not particularly surprising that he got stabbed to death by one of his own. Given the current state of global politics, I’m sure this is something we’d quite like to do to some of our own political leaders - they really are a crazy bunch.
