Cash Truck Xmas Delivery Slot Review

I’m usually quite the cynical and sarcastic bastard (say whaaat??) so I thought I’d try something a little different for this intro.

That fat, bearded, reindeer-loving North Polian is about to be upstaged by a dude named Lucky Sinz. Ol’ Lucky trended on TikTok after his neighbors saw a sh*t ton of boxes being delivered from Amazon and started to wonder what they were for.

According to the dude with the most excellent name ever, he does this charity thing once a year and, on this occasion, all of his orders arrived at the same time, turning his Daytona Beach house into a warehouse.

So why are we still giving invisible Santa (and his other make-believe homies) a hand shandy for every good thing that happens in this world? Because humanity is goddamn ridiculous.

At least the Santa in Cash Truck Xmas Delivery slot from Quickspin is the flawed and corrupted type I can associate with. Now let’s get to it.

Gameplay

Back in February, I reviewed Quickspin’s Cash Truck slot and I really digged it so I’m amped to take Cash Truck Xmas Delivery slot for a spin.

Visually, the similarities are clear with the latest version having a festive season and wintery feel (duh). You’ll see Santa on his horned bike chasing down a truck of goodies, which doubles as the location of the 5-reel grid.

Man, does this game look amazeballs on a mobile phone in portrait mode! I wouldn’t bother with landscape, although it is an option.

You’ll notice that some reel positions are framed in red – these are the locked areas of the grid. You’ll randomly unlock 3 positions by landing a winning combo.

This game uses Tumbling Reels – in other words, the symbols involved in a win will be removed so that others can take their place.

I love the hard-ass, high-paying character symbols, too. We’ve got a mean Santa and a demonic reindeer, both smoking cheroots, an elf with a stick of dynamite, an evil snowman, a gas canister, a handheld gas torch, and a climber’s pickaxe.

The Wild replaces all symbols, except for the Scatter, and there are also a bunch of special symbols:

Expander: Unlocks 3 random positions in the locked area
Booster: Adds its value to all symbols in the unlocked area
Super Booster: Same as the Booster but it keeps adding its value on every spin throughout the Bonus round
Grabber: Adds the values of the symbols in the unlocked area to its own
Super Grabber: As before but it keeps doing its thing throughout the Bonus round
Doubler: Doubles its value each time that the spin counter is reset to 3

As for the stats, we’ve got an RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
of 96%, a high volatility rate, and 1,024 ways to win. The top prize is a sizzling €250,000 but you’ll only be able to set yourself up for this if you’re playing with fiat currency.

Features

SECOND CHANCE:

This feature is initiated when 2 Bonus Scatters land in the open area after all of the Tumbles have happened.

The Second Chance clears the open area of all symbols except for the Scatter and unlocks 3 random positions.

TRUCK RAIDER:

Land 3 or more Bonus Scatters and you’ll trigger this feature (you’ll start with an extra Expander symbol for each Scatter over 3).

You’ll be given 3 Xmas gifts, placed in random locations, along with 3 spins. With each new spin, you’ll be awarded a new Xmas gift or a special symbol (the latter will stay on the reels for the duration of the feature).

Now, if a new symbol lands after this, the counter will reset to 3 spins. If one doesn’t land, the spin counter will decrease by 1.

You’ll be paid the sum of all the current symbols multiplied by your bet at the end of the feature.

BUY FEATURE:

If you’re as impatient as I am, you can pay 90x your bet to trigger the Truck Raider bonus round. Or you can upgrade to a version with a guaranteed Doubler, for the princely sum of 360x. Wow.

Performance

There were no issues during testing, but I need to highlight that the game times out really fast if you jump between browser tabs or applications, so do bear that in mind.

Maximum Win

There’s a scorcher of a max win available in Cash Truck Xmas Delivery slot (at 25,000x) that could bring in €250,000 if you bet at a sustained €10.

Not that you need to if you don’t wanna; you can downgrade to €0.20 or anything in between.

Conclusion

I’m in two minds about Cash Truck Xmas Delivery slot. If you’ve never played the OG version of the game, then I’d say you’re in for a treat. It’s simply superb and you can even rock it on your phone in the wild.

If you have played the original version, then this reskin is a waste of time. Especially if, like me, you hate the whole Yuletide thing. The stats and features are the same as before so if I had to choose between them, I wouldn’t pick this version.
