Cyber Wolf Slot Review

Introduction

Cyber Wolf slot from Endorphinahas a theme that revolves around taking a super predator and making it even more efficient. Pah, that’s old news. We’ve got Neuralink and there ain’t no better hunter than us humans!

Don’t worry, I’m not going down that dystopian rabbit hole! Let’s check out this game and see what the studio has done with this left-field idea. Owooooooo!

Gameplay

Hmmmm… I do likes me an interesting concept. OK, in truth, I’ll take anything that’s not a Viking game or one with leprechauns in it, but this is different enough to pique my interests.

On the reels are a strange collection of symbols. Besides the cyber wolf and a cyber paw, we also have a bell and a red 7. Huh? Alrighty then.

In typical Endorphina style, the game has been designed to look good on a phone. The background is all clouds and forest, with clean, legible controls but don’t distract you.

The symbols also pop off the 5x3-reel grid which makes this a firm favorite of mine for mobile play. But the good stuff doesn’t end there! There’s also a 96% RTP and a super awesome €375,000 max win!

If you’re a cautious player, then start your betting at €0.50. If you’re a seat-of-the-pants kinda guy (or gal), ratchet it up to the €60 max bet. Oh, and Cyber Wolf slot has a high volatility.

Features

The Wild is a paw print, and it replaces all other symbols except the Scatter. Stacked Wilds will appear on reels 2, 3, and 4 during the main game and during Free Spins.

The Scatter is our wolf howling at the moon and 3 or more of these symbols will trigger 8 Free Spins with extra Wilds.

At the start of the FREE SPINS round, a randomly selected symbol is given the ability to act as a Wild and it selects this on a single reel in the middle of the grid. During Free Spins, any symbol (except the Scatter) can also be granted the ability to act as a Wild.

I have to say, it took me forever to crack the Free Spins feature and when you do, you’ll see these claw marks across your screen and hear thunder and the wolf will also howl.

You’ll see what’s known as an accumulator at the top of the screen and basically, it’s a representation of the various symbols with cells that you need to fill.

Fill the cells one by one by landing symbols with a lightning bolt icon next to them. And those special symbols don’t need to be part of a winning combo, by the way.

Once all the cells have been filled for an accumulator symbol, that symbol then functions as a Wild. Every time you do this, you’ll also get an extra Free Spin.

Lastly, Cyber Wolf slot offers a GAMBLE feature. The goal is to pick one of the 4 downward-facing cards and hopefully, it will be higher than the dealer’s. If you beat the dealer, you’ll double your win, and you can do this up to 10 times. Lose even once and you lose all your winnings.

Performance

I tried this bad boy out on my iPhone 12 pro and MacBook Pro over a few hundred rounds with no issues. I also tried using Safari and Chrome and there was no discernable difference between them.

Maximum Win

It’s rare to find a max win of this caliber, as Cyber Wolf slot can make you €375,000 richer! That’s a lot of dough, yo!

Conclusion

For me, there are 2 drawcards here – one is the fact that the game looks spectacular on a phone, while the second is the max win.

Cyber Wolf slot’s top prize is incredibly generous but the game itself is pedestrian. It only offers Free Spins – which in my experience took some work to land – and a Gamble feature. These are hardly scintillating or novel.

I think you’ve got to be a high roller who doesn’t like complicated games to be attracted to this slot. Besides being different, the theme hasn’t been explored very well so you’ve also got to be the type of player who doesn’t care too much about the aesthetics.
