Emperor's Palace Slot Review

We have been invited to the Emperor's Palace in China, where we will be wined and dined to our heart's content. The beautiful Chinese Empress will make you feel at home in their exuberant palace filled with Chinese artefacts. I hope they are serving Chow Mein; I am starving.

Gameplay

Emperor's Palace is a 5x3 reel, 30 payline video slot powered by EGT Interactivesoftware. Symbols include Royal Card Suits (J-A), Lotus Flowers, Ming Vases, Imperial Guardian Lions, the Empress Character Symbol, and the Emperor Character Symbol. All symbols appear stacked. Special Symbols include the Dragon Wild and the Yin and Yang Scatter that triggers the Free Spins Feature. There is also a Jackpot Cards Feature and the Gamble Feature. More detail will be given in the Features section.

As far as controls go, they are all neatly located at the bottom of the reels. From left to right is the Balance window, below it is the Sound button, Full-screen button, Information button that expands to the Paytable, and the Autoplay button. Next is the Credit button and 5 Bet amount buttons that also act as the Spin buttons. Next is the Home button, followed by the Win window.

Features

The features in Emperor's Palace include the Dragon Wild, the Yin and Yang Scatter that triggers the Free Spins Feature, the Jackpot Cards Feature, and the Gamble Feature.

The Dragon Wild substitutes for all symbols, except the Yin and Yang Scatter, in forming potential winning combinations.

Land 7 or more Yin and Yang Scatters on reels 2-4 to trigger the Free Spins Feature awarding the following amount of free spins:

7 Yin and Yang Scatters award 7 free spins

8 Yin and Yang Scatters award 15 free spins

9 Yin and Yang Scatters award 30 free spins

Remember, all symbols are stacked, so this is not impossible to attain. The Free Spins Feature cannot be retriggered.

After each win, you can select the Gamble button that pops up to play the Gamble Feature. You will then play a Red or Black game, if the flashing card lands on the colour you chose, you will double your win. If not, you will lose everything.

The Jackpot Cards Mystery Bonus triggers at random, where you will pick out of 12 cards until getting 3 of the same Card Suits, the prize won will be that of the corresponding progressive Card Suit Jackpot at the top of the reels.

Unique Features

Unfortunately, there are no unique features to this slot.

Performance

Emperor's Palace provides nothing new to the Chinese-themed slot category and minimal standard gameplay features. The design, animation, and graphics are beautifully crafted. The volatility is low-medium and RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
is at a low 95.5%.

Max Win

The max coin win is 1000x your stake.

Conclusion

You may not be as captivated by the features and RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

as you are by the visuals, but the 1000x Max Win is not all too bad in Emperor's Palace for low-medium volatility. If you are a fan of Chinese-themed slots then you will have a ball, just don't expect innovative gameplay. Send me some Chow Mein now please, even reviewers have to eat (at some point).
