Fruity Time Slot Review
Introduction
Tell me that you didn’t think of Borat when you saw the title of this game. Deny it all you want, but I know that secretly you had images of fruit being smuggled in his mankini. Please tell me you did – I can’t be the only one with such a filthy and troubled mind!
Sadly, EGT Interactive hasn’t produced a Borat-inspired slot – but how cool would that be? Game studios, please take note!
Their game is crafted along more traditional lines so join me now as I find out whether or not Fruity Time slot is naaaice and we like.
Gameplay
Fruity Time slot is a bit bananas if I’m being honest. The game boasts up to 200,704 ways to win on a 6 + 1-reel grid.
Also, it offers an RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. of 96.46% and a max win of €240,000. That’s just cray-cray! The only sane thing about the game is the bet limits – these start at €0.20 and head on up to €40.
Based on all of this, what do you think the volatility would be set as? My guess was high but I was completely wrong; this slot’s volatility is actually low. Who would’ve thunk it?
The highest-paying symbol is the Bar, followed by the Scatter, Bell, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Watermelon, Plum, Orange, Cherry, and finally the Lemon.
When you click on the AUTOPLAY button, it will animate by rotating out a set of spin options to the left. That’s pretty funky!
What’s also a bit different with this game is that the reels will spin as soon as you select your bet by clicking on the appropriate box below the grid. You can keep spinning in this way or use the traditional SPIN button; the choice is yours.
At the top of your screen, you’ll see 4 card suits with amounts that spool up. This is the Jackpot Cards Mystery feature, which I’ll get into in a moment.
Nail a win and you’ll see a “Download” icon as your moolah comes in. You should also see a “x2” symbol above the SPIN button – that’s your Gamble featureThis feature allows you to gamble your current winnings. It usually takes the form of guessing what color and/or suit a facedown card will reveal itself to be. A correct guess on the color pays 2x, while a correct guess of the color and suit pays 4x your bet.. I’ll get into this, and the Jackpot Card Mystery aspect, in 2 shakes of a lamb’s tail.
Features
Amid the various fruity symbols, we find others such as the star WILD. This symbol makes an appearance on reels 2 – 4 as well as on the extra reel. It substitutes for all other symbols except the dice Scatter.
The dice SCATTER appears on reels 2 – 5 and 4 of these symbols will get you 15 Free Spins. Free Spins can be retriggered, in which case you’ll get another 15 added to your current allotment.
Tired of waiting for those 4 Scatters? No problem – simply use the BUY feature for 15 Free Spins at the cost of 70x your total bet.
The JACKPOT CARDS are a 4-level mystery feature.
Level 1: Clubs
Level 2: Diamonds
Level 3: Hearts
Level 4: Spades
You can randomly win any of the above at which point you’ll be prompted to choose cards from a deck of 12 until you get 3 matching card suits. The Jackpot you’ll be awarded will match whichever suit those 3 are from.
The BONUS amount corresponds to the amount that’s revealed when you match your last card.
Next up is the GAMBLE feature, where you’ll choose whether you think your face-down card is red or black. If you get it right, you’ll double the gambled amount but you’ll lose it all if you make the wrong choice.
On the topic of the gambled amount, just bear the following in mind. As your wins accumulate, they don’t go straight into your kitty. Rather, you’ll need to hit the “Download” icon if you wanna “withdraw” your funds.
If you don’t take out your cash, then your winnings are what you’ll be staking if you opt to play the Gamble featureThis feature allows you to gamble your current winnings. It usually takes the form of guessing what color and/or suit a facedown card will reveal itself to be. A correct guess on the color pays 2x, while a correct guess of the color and suit pays 4x your bet.. This could be a costly mistake if you forget and your wins have accumulated.
Performance
I’m happy to report that I didn’t experience a single problem while thrashing Fruity Time slot on my various devices.
Maximum Win
It turns out that fruit isn’t just good for your health, it can also be good for your bank balance! All you need to do is bring in the 6,000x multiplier and you could be awarded a staggering €240,000 max win!
Conclusion
Once again, I find myself eating humble pie. I’m really not a fan of fruit slots but here’s another example of one that I’ll happily play.
Fruity Time slot has a lot going for it. It looks good, it’s a great option for mobile play, the max win is tremendous, you can scoop up a shit ton of Free Spins, and the RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is rocking.
I also dig the Jackpot Card Mystery feature, which bolsters what would otherwise be a very traditional offering.
Yeah, I’m all for it.
