Getaway Gangsters Slot Review

People often ask me why I ditched life in the city🏙️ to live and work in a small town🛖 with barely anyone under the age of 40.

There are a few reasons. But the biggest reason was to escape the shadow of a failed relationship💔. I couldn’t go anywhere without someone bringing up an ex-girlfriend and the crazy things she did at the end of our relationship😓.

Also, I made the mistake of getting involved with a crazy female. She was 🦇💩!

She used to square up and punch grown men in the face in bars. I was scared of her! Uprooting my entire life to move far away, where she couldn’t get to me, was just so much easier than breaking it off with her.

I packed my car🚘 and got away from all my mistakes. I was my own getaway driver from life. And if you’re lucky, Quickfire’ Getaway Gangsters slot in collaboration with Just For The Win Studio could be your ticket to escape your current life.

Gameplay

There is some mystique about the mafia's rise in the 1920s. An era of 3-piece suit-clad badasses packing tommy guns, smoking fat cigars, and a peach of a dame on your arm.

That’s exactly the vibe Getaway Gangsters slot gives off. The top two pay symbols are a pinstripe suit gangster and a sultry-looking lady, which can land stacked and take over 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, or 1x4.

The other higher-paying symbols are a Tommy Gun, a glass of whiskey, and a cigar. The Wild symbol is a gold briefcase filled with cash that lands with a 1x, 2x, or 3x multiplier randomly.

The Multiplier Wilds only appear on reels 2, 3, and 4 in the base game and Free Spins. The Wilds substitute for all paying symbols, except the Free Spins symbol. I’ll give you 1 guess at what the Free Spins symbol does.

You’re probably right; if you land 3, you’ll be awarded a round of 8 Free Spins. Keep in mind, though, that Free Spins symbols only land on reels 1, 3, and 5 in the base game.

The 5 reels in the base game are framed in a cool art-deco design, and there are 30 paylines to land matching symbols on to create a win. The biggest win peaks at $243.000, thanks to the 6,075x top multiplier.

The bets start at $0.20 and go up to $40. Although I have to warn you, if you’re into playing with crypto currency, you can give this game a skip. This is a fiat currency-only game, with the exception of the Russian ruble and Japanese yen.

This is a high-volatility game, so be wary. The RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is 96.05%, and the game’s prize limit peaks at $243.000.

Performance

I played 100s of spins on Getaway Gangsters slot and it never showed any signs of faltering.

Maximum Win

The betting range begins at $0.20 and ends at $40. The highest possible multiplier you can hit is 6,075x, which can open the way to the game’s maximum payout of $243.000.

Conclusion

Getaway Gangsters slot is one of the better-looking games to come from Quickfire Games, and I can only assume it's because of Just For The Win Studio’ involvement.

The game itself is a pretty standard slot. The only feature is Free Spins, which are a little stingy, with only 8 being awarded initially. The sticky Wilds though do sort of make up for it, and can help create wins on almost every spin if you’re lucky.

There is a Buy Bonus feature, but for 100x your bet, for 8 Free Spins, no matter how many additional Free Spins you can rack up during the feature, makes it worth that much, in my opinion.

There are plenty of other slots that offer 8 Free Spins and much more, with a less expensive Buy Bonus option out there.

The only redeeming factor here is the massive main prize and the high multiplier. If you bet small and hit a big multiplier, it could be well worth your time and money to play this one.
