Great 27 Slot Review

27 is somewhat of a notorious age for musicians. You know, the 27 club? The age when a bunch of highly successful, albeit troubled, musicians have died. It’s kind of strange that it’s happened so often though - people at the height of their careers just hitting the dust. Almost seems like a start of a … global conspiracy, maybe? Nah, I’m kidding - don’t check me on that.

Gameplay

Great 27 is a 5-reel, 27-payline progressive video slot powered by software from EGT Interactive. Symbols include lucky 7’s, blackberries, plums, oranges, watermelons, and lemons. The Wild is represented by the game’s logo, and there are two Scatters - a purple star and cherries.

You’ll find all the controls situated below the reels: Balance, Sound, Full Screen, Info, Auto Play, Credit, Preset Bets, Home, and Win.

Features

So, what features can you expect from Great 27?
Wild: Substitutes for all symbols.

Unique Features

Landing 3 star Scatters triggers 10 free spins, while landing 3 cherry Scatters triggers only one free spin. There is a fantastic gamble feature which allows you to double your winnings, and four jackpots which can be triggered at random. 9 of a kind of lemon, orange, plum or cherry triggers a x2 win.

Performance

This is a pretty standard EGT slot. It’s basic, but the graphics are high quality, the sound effects are classic mechanical slot noises, and it’s available to play on tablet, mobile, and desktop.

Max Win

The max coin win is 12,000 - provided that your bet is set to the max.

Conclusion

Overall, Great 27 is a pretty decent new release from EGT. It won’t go down in the fruit slot hall of fame (fruit of fame?) but it can offer a couple of fun features, great jackpots, big wins, and solid gameplay.
