Inferno Fortunes: Rising Rewards Slot Review
I’m no expert on volcanoes 🌋, but I've had my fair share of lamb vindaloo to know what's involved.
In Hawaii, when Kilauea erupts hard enough, the molten lava gets snatched up by the wind and is stretched into long golden filaments that drift on the breeze. They look exactly like blonde hair 💇. Locals call it Pele’s hair, after the volcano goddess.
Tourists grab these things as souvenirs, but the Hawaiian post office gets hundreds of “return to sender” packages 📦 because the hair is supposed to bring bad fortune when removed from the island.
Inferno Fortunes: Rising Rewards slot is the latest from Quickfire, and there’s not a volcano in sight, so we should be good.

Gameplay
Okay, so this one is a bit busy. There's a wheel to the left, a vibrant red background, and a call-to-action on the screen, as well as our free spins multiplier icon.
Interestingly, the game doesn't look too bad on a mobile phone, even in portrait mode, which is actually my preferred orientation.
The 3-4-5-4-3 grid offers 720 winning ways. The RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is 96.01%, volatility is very high, and the max multiplier is 5,000x. The max win is $250,000, with bets running from $0.20 to $50.
The Club symbol pays 0.8x for 5-of-a-kind, with the Diamond and Heart both at 1x and the Spade capping the card suits at 1.2x.
The Cherries jump to 2x for 5-of-a-kind, the Dice 3x, the Horseshoe 4x, and the Red 7 caps the regular paytable at 8x.
Wilds appear on reels 2, 3, and 4 only as a blue ice-star, replacing every symbol except the Free Spins Scatter and Jackpot Trigger. They don’t create wins on their own.
The Free Spins Scatters spell the word “BLAZE” and each letter needs to land on a separate reel. The Jackpot Trigger symbol is a coin with a flame emblem.
Five fixed jackpots can be won by spinning the Wheel: Mini (5x - 75x), Minor (10x - 100x), Major (50x - 250x), Mega (200x - 1,000x), and Ultra (1,000x to 5,000x).

Features
FREE SPINS:
Each Scatter that triggered the round either adds 1 extra spin to the base of 4 spins (the minimum is 6 spins) or bumps the Free Spins Multiplier by 1x. Free Spins can be retriggered and Scatters pay in any position.
Rising Rewards Free Spins Multiplier:
The Free Spins Multiplier rides in a meter above the reels and only moves in the base game or on entry to Free Spins.
It bumps by 0.5x whenever Free Spins Scatters land on exactly 4 reels in the base game, caps at 10x while you’re grinding the base, and can hit 15x if it bumps once more on entry into the feature.
The multiplier applies to all winning ways and resets to 1x once Free Spins finish.
RISING REWARDS JACKPOT WHEEL:
Collecting 1 or more Jackpot Trigger symbols on a single spin for a chance to spin the Jackpot Wheel.
The wheel is divided into colored segments tied to the 5 jackpot levels, and whichever segment the wheel lands on is the jackpot you win.
Every Jackpot Trigger symbol that drops onto a reel pumps that reel’s jackpot up by 0.5x, and an awarded jackpot resets to its starting value before climbing again.
The wheel can fire in the base game and Free Spins, but it can’t trigger on the same spin that kicks off Free Spins.
Performance
Inferno Fortunes: Rising Rewards slot loaded fast, and I had no problems testing this game across my devices.
Maximum Win
You can chase the max win of $250,000 at the top bet of $50, off the max multiplier of 5,000x. Bets run from $0.20 to $50.
Conclusion
The game’s money-making lives in two places. The first is the Free Spins round with the Rising Rewards Multiplier loaded going in.
The second is the Jackpot Wheel. Landing the Ultra Jackpot after enough Triggers have seeded it up is how you’ll score the 5,000x max multiplier. A single spin of the Jackpot Wheel could do the job, which is exciting.
The Free Spins route depends on getting the multiplier stacked before you trigger the round. Scatters have to land on exactly 4 reels to bump it, which is its own little side-quest.
Low-risk players shouldn’t be here; the very high volatility will tear through a short bankroll before any features show up.
Balanced and high-risk players are fine, though, as both should know they’re banking on the jackpot seeding more than the base paytable.
Once again, we have the seemingly inevitable mismatch between the risk and the payout. Very high volatility and a 5,000x max multiplier don’t line up.

Volatility RateSlot games can have low, medium, high, or extremely high volatility rates (or a combination thereof).
The less volatile the game, the more often it should pay out, but the lower the amount, the less the payout, as this is in keeping with the risk you’re taking. Volatility rate should be considered in conjunction with a game’s RTP.: Very High
