Jade Butterfly Slot Review
Jade is the ultimate dream stone they say. It is supposed to encourage creativity and dream solve. It is cherished as a protective talisman, assuring long life and peaceful death, and is considered a powerful healing stone. An amulet of good luck and friendship, Jade signifies wisdom gathered in tranquility, dispelling the negative……up until this point I am thinking I am going to fill my home with Jade, sounds about right as to what I need right now. Then I read the last bit …. “and encouraging one to see oneself as they really are.” Mmm, now that is a bit of a quandary. Like some days I can be a bit of a bitch and deny it to anyone who asks so maybe then I don’t want Jade!
Pragmatic Play has once again taken us back to the East to explore cherry blossoms and all things Asian. The backdrop is set amongst mountains and features birds and dreamy clouds in the sky. The reels are arranged in a heavy Jade structure. The reels are filled with bright colors, and it seems as though free spins are the order of the day no matter which of your electronic devices you choose to play Jade Butterfly.
Gameplay
Jade Butterfly is a 5-reel slot with four rows and 1024 ways to win – there are no paylines, wins are formed as long as there are matching symbols in adjacent reels starting from the left-hand side.
The main symbols on the reels are brightly colored flowers. These are medium paying symbols, and the lower symbols on the reels are the playing card numbers 9 through to Ace.
The Jade colored Butterfly is the Wild symbol and can replace all symbols on the reels except the Scatter.
The Scatter Symbol is the Free Spin Logo.
Pragmatics controls allow the game to shine and sit mutely in the background on the bottom of the reels. The necessary controls are all in play, and you will be able to access the paytable by clicking on the information button. This will allow you to understand the gameplay and how you can maximize your wins.
Features
Three or more Scatter Free Spin logo's trigger the free spin round where you will be awarded 10 free spins, a Sticky Wild and ax2 multiplier of total bet.
You can retrigger this feature by landing 3 or more Scatters during the Free Spin round, unlimited.
After any base game, you get to spin a reel you have selected as many times as you like. While the reel is spinning all the other reels are frozen. When the round is finished, new wins will be calculated. The cost of the spins is calculated by using the current bet and the potential for new wins.
Maximum Win
Jade Butterfly offers a generous 3 000 000 coins as a pay-out for a maximum win.
Performance
The game was elegant in appearance, with brightly colored symbols on the reels and a well-animated interface in general. The fresh and breezy eastern style music track playing if the background was enjoyable as were the various re-spins and free spins that were on offer.
Conclusion
I recommend this game to all players who enjoy the Eastern theme but in a slightly lighter format. This is not a game rich in ancient cultural stories and nor is it too rich in features. However, there were just enough features to keep my interest focused on the game, and this says to me that Jade Butterfly will find a good audience.
