Joan of Arc Slot Review
Joan of Arc was one hell of a woman, and I don’t say that lightly. Miss Joan died in 1431, yet was only canonized in the 1920s! Now, that’s some sexist garbage if I’ve ever heard it. The world is in such a state these days that sometimes I think we could do with a modern day Joan of Arc, but it would be kind of challenging to revive her corpse given that she’s been dead about 600 years and we really just don’t have the technology for it right now.
Joan of Arc is a 5-reel, 243-payline progressive slot powered by software from GameArt. Symbols include Joan herself on a horse, a soldier, a castle, a shield, a suit of armor, and playing cards from 9 to King. Joan of Arc wielding a sword acts as the Bonus, while the Wild is represented by a Flag. Controls are pretty straightforward, but let's run through them quickly. From left to right: Settings, Paytable, Bet Multiplier, Auto Play, Spin, Balance, Total Bet, and Win.
So, what features can you expect from Joan of Arc? Wilds: Substitute for any other item, and form a combo that will be multiplied by x2. Scatter: Wild cannot substitute for Scatter. They are used to activate the Joan of Arc bonus game.
Such an extraordinary historical figure deserves a slot with features that do her name justice. Free Spins: Three or more Scatters will trigger 10 Free Spins. Expand and Split: Triggered by Scatters. Basically, all symbols will be separated and replaced with arrow borders. You’ll get to choose the side to load the attack or defend the castle. Symbols of the same kind will eliminate each other, making room for high-paying icons.
This slot really is spectacular. The graphics are stunning, the soundtrack is dramatic and will transport you to a 15th-century battlefield, and its available for play on any device. This is indeed a masterpiece.
Joan of Arc remains one of my favorite historical icons, and Joan of Arc in real life wasn’t bad either! This is a slot that offers something to everyone, and I honestly would recommend it to all gamblers - no matter whether you’re a novice or a pro.
