Jungle Jim Gold Blitz Slot Review
While most people would take one look at a cursed temple and turn back, Jungle Jim sees it as a career opportunity. Booby traps? Just part of the job. Giant snakes? 🐍 A minor inconvenience. Questionable life choices? Absolutely.
He’s the kind of guy who thinks “caution” is a suggestion and that maps are just rough guidelines. 🧭 While others worry about retirement plans, Jim’s out here collecting artifacts and dodging boulders like it’s just another Tuesday.
If you’ve ever wanted to trade your daily grind at the office for a life of adventure (minus the actual danger), Jungle Jim will be ready to go. Just remember - treasure hunting is all fun and games until you trigger an ancient curse. 👻
Welcome to Jungle Jim Gold Blitz slot by Quickfire.
Gameplay
The game is set deep inside a pyramid or some other type of ancient Egyptian tomb. There are pillars and statues on each side of the 6x4 grid. The statues depict Horus, who was the Egyptian god of the sky.
On the left are Jackpots: the Minor pays 25x, the Major pays 250x, and the Mega Jackpot pays 2,500x your bet. Below the Jackpots is the Buy Bonus button, and I’ll cover all of this in the Features section a little later, so hang tight.
In terms of symbols, you’ll see Jungle Jim and a mixture of ancient Egyptian artifacts. There are also a Bonus symbol, Cash symbols, and a Pharaoh as the Wild.
The game is built on the following data: 4,096 paylines, a 96% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., a high volatility rate, and a 5,000x max multiplier. The studio has offered up a top prize of $250,000.
You can play with any fiat currency, with the exception of the yen and ruble.
Features
BONUS CHOICE
When you land 3 or more Scatter (Bonus) symbols, you will be able to choose which Bonus game you’d like to play:
- 3 Scatters = 8 Free Spins or 2 spins in Gold Blitz
- 4 Scatters = 12 Free Spins or 3 spins in Gold Blitz
- 5 Scatters = 20 Free Spins or 5 spins in Gold Blitz
- 6 Scatters = 30 Free Spins or 7 spins in Gold Blitz
Free Spins
During Free Spins, for every Wild symbol involved in a win, you will be awarded a 2x, 3x, or 5x multiplier. Each of these multipliers will multiply the win the Wild was a part of.
Gold Blitz
The only symbols in play during the Gold Blitz feature are Collect, Cash, and Jackpots. You are guaranteed at least one Collect symbol and a win on every spin. If you remember, the Collect symbol will collect all Cash and Jackpot symbols on the reels.
Landing 3, 4, 5, or 6 Scatters here will award 2, 3, 5, or 7 Gold Blitz spins. You can not retrigger this feature.
BUY BONUS
You can use the Buy Bonus feature to trigger either Free Spins or Gold Blitz.
- 4 Scatters to get 12 Free Spins or 3 Gold Blitz spins - 75x your bet
- 5 Scatters to get 20 Free Spins or 5 Gold Blitz spins - 120x your bet
- 6 Scatters to get 30 Free Spins or 7 Gold Blitz spins - 150x your bet
Pro tip - If you buy 4 or 5 Scatters, there’s a chance more Scatters will be awarded.
COLLECT
The Collect symbol is the lightning bolt, and it appears on reels 1 and 6 in the base game and Gold Blitz. When you land one of them, you will trigger the Collect feature. Every Collect symbol on the screen will then collect any Cash and Jackpot symbols that are showing.
Cash symbol values range from 0.5x to 20x in the base game and Gold Blitz. Cash, Jackpot, and Collect symbols are not in play during Free Spins.
Performance
The game worked perfectly and there were no problems at all.
Max Win
Match the 5,000x max bet with a $50 bet to get your hands on the $250,000 top prize. You can bet anywhere from $0.20 to $50.
Conclusion
This game has a lot of things to get excited about. The part that stands out the most to me is the Bonus Choice feature. We all have different preferences, and when you can choose between Free Spins or Gold Blitz, it gives you a sense of freedom and control, which is always nice.
Because of the collection of Cash symbols and Jackpots, I recommend Gold Blitz. However, since you are given the choice, you can try both options and see which one you like the best. You can then use the Buy Bonus to get back there.
Multiple Gold Blitz titles are available, and all have similar max wins and max multipliers. To give you a couple of examples: Explosive Gold Blitz, Bruno’s Vegas Gold Blitz, or Thunderstruck Gold Blitz Extreme which has a couple of extra features for you to take advantage of.
