Le Bandit Slot Review
I have an old pal who is a self-diagnosed kleptomaniacš. Letās call him Bert.
I knew Bert would steal small items from stores like candy barsš«, milkš„, or cigarettesš¬. Just about anything he could sneak into a pocket or under a jacket, he would take.
Bert explained that he got a rush from it and that he couldnāt find anything else that matched it. He didnāt even need to steal; he just liked it. He usually had no use for whatever he pocketed.
Bert was also a somewhat ethical klepto, since he insisted he only stole from bigger chains. He said they could afford to lose a few items.
One day Bert texts me and says heās having a huge fight with his new girlfriend and that I need to corroborate that he does indeed steal stuff for fun.
I asked him why he needed me to tell her, and it turned out Bert had amassed a disturbingly large assortment of women's underwearš©², which his girlfriend had discovered and was freaking out about it.
He explained that they were small and could be crumpled up and hidden really easily. There was no fetish associated with it other than the thrill of getting away with expensive undiesš¤„.
Bert and I donāt speak much anymore. But after playing Le Bandit slot by Hacksaw, I think Iāll give that weird panty-bandit a shout. He even kind of looks like the main character.
Gameplay
Le Bandit slotās main character is what I think is a French raccoon named Smokey Le Bandit. He doesnāt smoke, but he does wear a beret and a fake mustache that humorously falls off now and then during the base game.
Heās also brandishing a crowbar, which he uses to scratch his butt every now and then.
During Free Spins, he puts on a green hat and fake orange beard! Hacksaw Games leaned heavily on humor for this title.
This game has a very strange mix of stereotypes that I think the French and Irish would find slightly insulting. But since it's a raccoon, it's adorable!
Le Bandit slot is a fiat currency-only slot. Sorry, crypto users!
You play on 6 reels with 5 positions each. This is a cluster-pay slot, so you need to land 5 identical symbols that are touching to create a win.
The game adds a little twist in that when a win is formed, all matching symbols, even those not part of the winning cluster, are removed, and the symbols above and new symbols will drop in to fill the gaps.
During the base game, the winning symbols highlight the position with a Golden Square.
If a Rainbow symbol is on the reels, it will activate the Golden Squares after all wins are awarded and reveal Coin, Four-Leaf Clover, or Pot of Gold symbols.
Coin symbols appear as Bronze, Silver, or Gold and carry a multiplier that is shown as a cash prize based on your current bet, which can range from ā¬0.10 to ā¬25.
- Bronze Coin symbols = 0.2x, 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x your current bet.
- Silver Coin symbols = 5x, 10x, 15x, or 20x your current bet.
- Gold Coin symbols = 25x, 50x, 100x, 250x, or 500x your current bet.
A Four-Leaf Clover symbol will reveal a 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, or 10x multiplier from top-to-bottom, left-to-right, after the coin symbols have revealed their values.
The Four-Leaf Clover symbol multiplier is then applied to every Coin and Pot of Gold symbol directly in contact with it.
The Pot of Gold symbol activates from top-to-bottom, left-to-right, after the Four-Leaf Clover symbol.
They collect all the values of the Coin symbols and other Pot of Gold symbols if they land before them. After all the Pot of Gold symbols have collected the other symbols, all the Golden Squares will activate again and reveal new symbols.
This process continues until no new Pot of Gold symbols appear. Then all Golden Squares are reset for the next spin.
The highest multiplier you can achieve in Le Bandit slot is 10,000x your current bet, which will award you the gameās prize limit of ā¬250,000 if youāre betting at the top end of the betting range.
