Mask of Amun Gold Blitz Ultimate Slot Review

Sites like eBay and Etsy have made online shopping easily accessible to millions, and the variety of items you can purchase is simply astonishing. 🤯

Sometimes I sit and enter keywords just to see what will come up, and today, I’ve been inspired by Mask of Amun Gold Blitz Ultimate slot from Quickfire. 🎭

You can find all kinds of masks on these sites – I’m talking dodgy shit like gimp masks and ones that look like pointed bedsheets with holes for eyes. I’m being serious; it’s crazy. 😳

You can get gas masks, animal masks, personalized photo masks, a face hugger mask (from the Alien movie 👽)… anything you can think of. And choice is also the main aspect of the game we’ll be reviewing shortly.

Gameplay

This 6-reel slot is slightly different from the norm, in that it has a 5-4-4-4-4-5 row configuration. It’s also – dare I say it – a bit modern for an Egyptian-themed game. Sure, we have obelisks going on, but there’s like fog and neon colors and shit.

Behind the grid is a Wheel, and to the left of the screen are the Jackpots. I’ll go into more detail later, but these are the prizes you can win thanks to the Jackpots:

The Mini pays 10x, the Minor pays 15x, the Major pays 50x, the Mega pays 250x, and the Grand Jackpot pays 2,500x.

There are 6,400 winning ways, a 96% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., and a high volatility rate. The max multiplier is 5,000x, and the max win is $250,000. That’s all very decent. The game only accepts fiat money, except for the ruble and yen.

The Wild symbol can replace any symbol other than Scatters, Cash Multiplier Increase, Collect symbols, or Jackpots. You’ll only find Wilds in the base game.

Features

COLLECT FEATURE:

The Collect symbol has a lightning bolt, and when these lands, it can trigger the Collect feature. Each Collect symbol awards the values of all visible Cash and Jackpot symbols (Jackpots can be won multiple times per spin).

Cash and Jackpot symbols’ values can be multiplied by the total bet. Cash symbols can have multipliers of 0.5x to 20x. Cash symbols have a stripe of purple, green, blue, red, pink, or black.

CASH MULTIPLIER:

The Cash Multiplier Increase symbol is a pinkish circle with a gold “X.” Landing one of these increases the multiplier on the Wheel I mentioned earlier.

Each time a Cash symbol is collected, its value will be boosted by the active multiplier on the Wheel.

The max limit for the multiplier in the base game is 5x, and it’s 10x in Free Spins. The multiplier resets to 1x after a Cash Collection in the base game, or if the Free Spins round hasn’t been triggered.

BONUS COLLECT METER:

Your objective here is to fill the Meter to trigger the Choose Your Blitz Free Spins round. How do you fill the meter incrementally? By landing 2 Scatters on reels 2, 3, or 4 without triggering Free Spins. Or you can fill the entire Meter by landing 3 or 4 Scatters in the base game.

The Meter resets randomly to 5%, 10%, or 15% after Free Spins when you’ve returned to the base game.

CHOOSE YOUR BLITZ FREE SPINS:

Landing 3 Scatters awards the Free Spins round but, as you now know, you can also get there via the Bonus Collect Meter. And here’s where you get to choose between the following:

• 8 spins with 60 Cash and Jackpot symbols per reel
• 12 spins with 40 Cash and Jackpot symbols per reel
• 15 spins with 20 Cash and Jackpot symbols per reel

Now, if you land 4 Scatters, you have these options to select from:

• 12 spins with 60 Cash and Jackpot symbols per reel
• 15 spins with 40 Cash and Jackpot symbols per reel
• 20 spins with 20 Cash and Jackpot symbols per reel

Re-trigger and Collect Re-trigger symbols:

The Re-trigger symbol has a +1, and the Collect Re-trigger has a lightning bolt in addition. The Re-trigger symbol adds an extra Free Spin, while the Collect Re-trigger collects and pays over values from all visible Cash and Jackpot symbols, plus you get an extra spin.

RE-SPIN FEATURE:

Whenever one Collect symbol lands on reels 1 and 6, but no Cash or Jackpots land and you don’t trigger Free Spins, you’ll be awarded a single re-spin (reels 1 and 6 will lock, but the others will spin).

During Re-spins, you’re guaranteed that one or more Cash or Jackpot symbols will land, and you can randomly be awarded up to 2 more Re-spins.

Cash symbols that land will be boosted by the value on the Cash Multiplier Wheel, and these multiplier values can randomly increase by 1x or 2x at the start of the Re-spin, or up to 10x for the final Re-spin.

BLITZ BOOST (ANTE BET):

Pay 2x more per spin to double the frequency with which you’ll land Collect symbols. Increase your bet by 10x per spin and you’ll be guaranteed a Collect symbol with every spin.

BUY BONUS:

You can buy the 3 or 4 Scatter Free Spin rounds. But not only that, you can also choose the Cash Multiplier (1x to 5x), and if you want to double the frequency with which a Collect symbol lands, or you can opt for the guaranteed version (as per the Ante bet).

Because there are a couple of variations here, you’ll need to see what all of these will cost you based on your current bet. The 3 Scatter option with all the bells and whistles is 797.76x, while the 4 Scatter with the works is 1,306.40x.

Performance

I tested this game thoroughly, for you, our delightful players, and I can definitively say that – as far as my experience is concerned – the game played flawlessly.

Maximum Win

The max multiplier is 5,000x, the max win is $250,000, and betting starts at $0.20 and is capped at $50.

Conclusion

If you wanna make money, then Mask of Amun Gold Blitz Ultimate slot is going to give you the means to do so. It won’t be cheap – we can’t expect it to be, as Jackpots are on the line, and the Buy Bonus combos can get hectic – but the opportunity is there.

I played a good couple of rounds with the Buy Bonus loaded with every conceivable option, and let me tell you, it can be a glorious thing to behold. The multipliers can climb up towards 10x, Collect symbols are grabbing like it’s a free-for-all… man, it’s exciting!

But, of course, it could just as easily go the other way, and you find yourself out of pocket for a whack of money.

The previous version of this game (sans Gold Blitz Ultimate in the title) had 4,096 winning ways, a max win of $250,000, and a 5,000x max multiplier.

You get the same Collect symbols, Jackpots up to 2,500x, Scatters that offer spins with choices (different from our current game), and a Buy Bonus. I liked it then and I like it now, but Mask of Amun Gold Blitz Ultimate slot has definitely shifted the goalposts.
