Nolimit City is among my favorite, edgy game studios. They’ve given us epic games such as Punk Toilet slot, Infectious 5 xWays slot, and Tombstone R.I.P. slot among others. So, with a pedigree like that, I can’t wait to get my sacrilegious paws on Misery Mining slot.

This round will trigger if you land 3 Scatters and the action takes place on the 3x3 play area.
If you land 3 Scatter plus 1 or 2 Super Scatters, you’ll get to choose between the Rat and Mouse Mode.
Mouse Mode:
You’ll be awarded between 8 and 12 Free Spins, and an additional 2 Free Spins can be triggered via the Super Scatters.
Rat Mode:
You’ll start off with 3 Free Spins and you can reset the counter to 3 thanks to the Coin Wagons or Super Scatters.
Coin Wagons

Bombs

Chests

Dwarf
This diminutive fella will stick to the lowest-triggering Scatter. If it sticks to a Super Scatter, it will then collect its multipliers.
Rat
This rodent only makes an appearance on reels 1 and 7.
When it lands, it walks over the Collectors on that self-same reel and adds its value to an unopened Collector, which it then opens.
Super Scatters
These appear on reels 2 and 6 and when they’re activated, they land up on a random position on the active play area.
Side Collectors
These can be activated by either a Rat or a Bomb. Then, it can interact with some of the other features.
When the Side Collector gets activated, its value gets added to the total win.
Bottom Collectors
These can be active by Bombs or by the Rat on reels 1 and 7. When that happens, it will collect the values held by the Scatters or Side Collectors that are on the same reel.
xBomb Wild Multiplier
An xBomb Wild substitutes for all symbols save the Scatter and Super Scatter.
When the xBomb explodes, it removes all adjacent symbols except for the Scatter and Super Scatter, and increases the multiplier by 1.
xBomb Mining
If you don’t score a win, or if xBomb Wilds are present and there are less than 3 Scatters, all remaining Scatters and Super Scatters will turn into non-Wild xBombs and they’ll explode.
The above will set off a CascadeOtherwise known as a Tumble, Avalanche, or whatever a studio sees fit to name it. Despite how stuffed to the gills this game is with features, it functioned perfectly well on all my devices.

OK, that was a hectically long review, as is usually the case with Nolimit City games, so I’ll keep this short and sweet.
Misery Mining slot is yet another solid offering from this renowned studio, but I wouldn’t say it’s suitable for everyone.
If you’re into totally unique features, and lots of em, then you can’t go wrong with this game. If you’re new to slots though, and you get easily overwhelmed or find it challenging to keep track of features that aren’t the norm, then I’d say rather leave this game for later.
