Nightmaker Slot Review

I’m not that bothered with clothes or shoes 👟, but for some people, it’s really important. For others, their fashion decisions can be their undoing.

In the case of serial killer Richard Ramirez, a.k.a. The Night Stalker, his size 11.5 Avia athletic shoes – well, technically the footprints he left behind – were his undoing.

The only thing I want to leave behind after playing Nightmaker slot from ELK Studios is the microphone 🎤 I’m gonna drop because I played like a boss and got me some of that sweet, sweet 50,000x max multiplier! 💰

Gameplay

Finally, a game to suit my despicable tastes! We find ourselves in the depths of an H. R. Giger fantasy world, dominated by a 5-reel grid in a 3-5-5-5-3 configuration by default (which can become 5-6-6-6-5).

The upshot of the grid formation is that the game offers up to 25,000 paylines. There’s also a 50,000x max multiplier, the volatility is medium to high, the max win is $200,000, and the RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is 94%. The Dark Ones only accept fiat money, so no crypto, please.

You’ll find Cascades taking place after a successful win, and Wilds replace all paying symbols. All Wild symbols are indestructible until they reach the bottom of the grid, where they’ll be removed.

Features

RATTLE FEATURE:

This round can trigger randomly in the base game and results in 1 to 3 big symbols that can be 3x5 in size.

BEAST SPINS:

This feature comes about when you land a Bonus symbol in all 4 corners during the Free Spins game. Now, only large symbols (3x5) will appear across reels 2, 3, and 4.

FEATURE ROW:

If any of the below hit the feature row, they’ll affect symbols in the reels beneath them.

Wild Spirit:

The Wild Spirit symbol (look for the “W”) affects 1 to 3 symbol positions, which means that 1 to 6 Wilds can end up on the top row of a reel.

Symbol Multiplier:

A multiplier is added to all symbols of a specific type in the affected reel.

Wildfire:

Will trigger if there’s a Wild on the affected reel. All symbols on the reel will be replaced with Wilds.

Split Symbols:

All symbols in the affected reel will be split. Just not Scatters.

FREE SPINS:

Landing 3 Scatters in the base game sets the Free Spins round off, and you’ll be awarded 8 spins. One symbol is selected, and it gets a persistent multiplier value.

The 4 corners of the game will unlock, and that increases the winning ways. Landing a Scatter on any of the 4 corners now awards 2 extra spins.

SUPER FREE SPINS:

This version of Free Spins kicks off when at least one of the three triggering Scatters is of the Super Bonus variety.

The Super Bonus symbol transforms into a jumping Wild that moves to a new position with each spin. Land a Super Bonus symbol in one of the corners of the grid, and you’ll be awarded one more jumping Wild.

X-ITER:

  • Bonus Hunt: This Ante BetAn Ante Bet is an option that costs a percentage of your bet but increases your chances of landing triggering symbols that initiate a feature. increases your bet by 3x and more than triples your chances of triggering a Free Spins game.

  • Wild Spins: This Ante BetAn Ante Bet is an option that costs a percentage of your bet but increases your chances of landing triggering symbols that initiate a feature. increases your bet by 10x and guarantees Wilds in return.

  • Beast Spin: Pay 100x for only large symbols in reels 2 to 4.

  • Bonus: Pay 100x for immediate entry into the Free Spins round.

  • Super Bonus: Pay 500x for immediate entry into the Super Free Spins round.

Performance

Testing revealed no issues, so play on my preciousssss.

Maximum Win

It only takes $4 to be in the running for the $200,000 max win, and that’s thanks to the kick-ass 50,000x max multiplier. The smallest bet you can place is $0.20.

Conclusion

ELK has thrown some dark ingredients into their cauldron of awesomeness and created a concoction that has all the elements needed to turn a tidy profit.

But be warned! Things can get dire, too – as was the case when I spent $500 on the Super Bonus option (yes, I was betting $1) and scored $64.10 in return.

However, the second time I used the Super Bonus option, I won $2,667, so that’s still a successful day’s work for just two spins.

There’s nothing super special about large symbols or rows that need to be unlocked or reel modifiers, but the way that ELK has combined these elements is what makes Nightmaker slot the beast that it is.

A less hectic (in terms of volatility) but still hellish game you can look at, if you’re into this kinda thing, is Devil Cash Uncovered slot from Quickfire. You’ll have to work your way through some Lucky Levels, have a spin of the Bonus Wheel, and collect multipliers and Jackpots.

That game has a 2,540x max multiplier, a medium volatility rate, and a $248,969 max win.
