This is Piggy Heist Bingo from Play'n Go and the pigs here didn't bother with shovels; they walked straight into a blue riveted-steel vault 🏦 and made themselves at home.

Gameplay

This game is more about the actual game than the design, so I'm going to skip over the latter part. You get up to 4 bingo cards, and each one is a 3x5 card of 15 numbers, so as many as 60 numbers can be in play.

Every card has its own ON/OFF toggle and its own bet, and the NEW CARDS button reshuffles the numbers on all active cards when you figure yours are cursed.

Press PLAY and the game draws 30 balls from a pool of 90. You win by completing patterns on a card, and there are 13 patterns in total.

If a completed pattern sits inside a bigger paying pattern on the same card, only the higher prize pays, so no double-dipping.

The money lives in the two bonus patterns and the full card. The ordinary patterns mostly pay small, and anything bigger needs a lot of the card covered.

The Ultimate Heist is the headline at 5,000x per card, but all 4 cards have to fill completely inside 30 balls drawn from 90, which is a long shot.

One thing to watch out for is that if you play fewer than 4 cards, the Ultimate Heist is switched off entirely. It needs 4 active cards.

As for the Extra Balls offer, I'd only bite with a Bingo or the Top Row plus Inner Frame on the line and hit COLLECT on anything smaller.
