Rainbow Luck Hot 6 Reels Slot Review
Ah, the luck of the Irish returns to the reels in yet another Irish themed slot. This time, however, we are introduced to an Irish fairy who helps the Leprechaun reach the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. She is also lending a hand in making your balance a pot of gold of its own. The thing I am most grateful for to come out of Ireland is good old Guinness.
Gameplay
Rainbow Luck is a 5x3 reel, 25 payline video slot powered by EGT Interactive. Symbols include Royal Card Suits (J-A), Leprechaun Top Hats, Mushrooms, Ladybugs, Leprechauns and Irish Fairies. Special Symbols include the 4-Leaf Clover Wild and Pot of Gold Scatter that triggers the Free Spins Feature. There is also a Boost Win Zone Feature, Jackpot Cards Feature, and the Gamble Feature. More detail will be given in the Features section.
As far as controls go, they are all neatly located at the bottom of the reels. From left to right is the Balance window, below it is the Sound button, Full-screen button, Information button that expands to the Paytable, and the Autoplay button. Next is the Win window; below it is the Credit button and 5 Bet amount buttons that also act as the Spin buttons. Next is the Home button, followed by the Bet window.
Features
The features in Rainbow Luck include the 4-Leaf Clover Wild, the Pot of Gold Scatter that triggers the Free Spins Feature, the Boost Win Zone Feature, Jackpot Cards Feature, and the Gamble Feature.
The 4-Leaf Clover Wild substitutes for all symbols, except the Pot of Gold Scatters, in forming potential winning combinations.
The Boost Win Zone Feature entails a Boost Win Zone on the reels in the middle row of reels 2,3, and 4. When a 4-Leaf Clover Wild Lands anywhere in the Boost Win Zone, it expands to all neighbouring positions on the reels and substitutes for all symbols except the Pot of Gold Scatter.
After each win, you have the opportunity of selecting the Gamble button that pops up to play the Gamble Feature. You will then play Red or Black game, if the flashing card lands on the colour you chose, you will double your win. If not, you will lose everything.
Land 3 Pot of Gold Scatters on reels 2, 3 and 4 to trigger the Free Spins Feature. If all 3 land in the Boost Win Zone, 30 free spins are awarded. If at least 1 of the 3 are outside the Boost Win Zone, 10 free spins. The feature can be retriggered.
The Jackpot Cards Mystery Bonus triggers at random, where you pick out of 12 cards until getting 3 of the same Card Suits, the prize won will be that of the corresponding Card Suit Jackpot at the top of the reels.
