Relic Riches Slot Review

Amatic calls some of the symbols in Relic Riches slot “canope” symbols, but the correct term is canopic jars. The Ancient Egyptians used these during the mummification process to store the guts and internal organs of the deceased for his journey to the afterlife. 🪦😵

I think I want to take this option when I shuffle off my mortal coil. It’s the only way I could flatten this beer belly of mine and look halfway decent again.

And because I’d be defunct, it’s not like I’d care to do some elaborate procedure that would cost a fortune. Right, now that I’ve solved that problem, I think I’m gonna head out for a heart-attack burger and fries and a few gallons of beer. 🍺🍺

Gameplay

Clearly, Amatic’s designers were in a rush to do something far more important when they created the visuals for Relic Riches slot. Maybe there was a two-for-one special at the Pole Dancers Appreciation Society’s local chapter.

OK, the design isn’t that bad; I’m just being an a**hole for amusement's sake and to come up with an angle so I can shoehorn in some witty comments. Which I’ve clearly failed at.

However, the tepid background isn’t the most inspiring I’ve ever seen but to be fair, the symbols have a cool 3D effect. Just don’t flip Relic Riches slot into portrait mode coz then you might be less generous with your compliments than I’ve been.

When viewed like this, you’ll notice that the screen shrinks to a minute size, and it’s almost overshadowed by the paytable that takes up a big chunk of the screen.

This 10-payline game comes with a 97.85% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate., a medium volatility rate, a max multiplier of 600x, and a max win of €6,000. Also not great. You can play in any fiat currency you like, as long as it’s not the Australian dollar.

Features

FREE SPINS:

Landing 3, 4, or 5 Bonus symbols – these are pyramids with silhouetted dudes on camels – award 10, 15, or 25 spins.

Landing any combination of canopic jars results in a payout according to the paytable. You’ll see a Cashwin amount placed on each of these symbols during Free Spins.

When the Collector symbol appears (only during Free Spins), this symbol – which is actually a Wild and replaces all symbols – will grab all of the Cashwins from the canopic jars and add their value to the total win.

Performance

I’m happy to report that I didn’t pick up any issues while testing Relic Riches slot. You should be able to play it on any device or browser without glitches or loading problems.

Maximum Win

You can start betting from as little as €0.10 or as “high” as €10 a pop. The dismal max multiplier is only 600x, meaning the max win only tips the scales at €6,000.

Conclusion

Definitely not my favorite game, this. It’s not particularly mobile-friendly – certainly not in portrait mode – and the features are lackluster.

Then there’s the max win and multiplier which aren’t commensurate with the volatility rate. And the whole thing just felt mediocre and put together without any desire to make it cool or innovative.

Yeah, I’d give this one a skip.
