Each of the 4 jackpots has its own ship, and you have to shoot out all of a ship's sections to sink it. Sink it and that jackpot pays.
Shots are restored after every successful hit; only a miss costs you a shot. The round ends when every boat and Jackpot Ship is destroyed, or when the cannon misses and you've got nothing left to fire.
A Reset Counter unlocks after your first Bonus Game and starts at 100. Until it hits 0, the board stays exactly as you left it, so the next Bonus Game continues from that state instead of starting clean.
