Silver Bullet Slot Review

Based on the title, I thought this would be some kind of werewolf-themed slot, but boy was I wrong. This slot takes on a western theme and what a blast from the past it is. One often forgets that technology is not where it is now in terms of graphics and animation, as this slot looks like it used Microsoft's clip art for the symbols. It's like looking back at a photo of yourself back in high school and thinking to yourself, "Damn, did I really look so basic back then?"

Gameplay

Silver Bullet is a 5x3 reel, 9 (both ways) payline video slot powered by Playtechsoftware. The symbols include Horses, Cash, Horseshoes, Smoking Pipes, Wagon Wheels, Cowboy Hats, Bottles of Whiskey, 7s, Bombs, and Wine Barrels. Special Symbols include the Sheriff's Badge Wild and the paid Pistol Scatter. More detail will be provided in the Features section.

As far as controls go, below the reels, starting from the left is the Information icon that expands to the Paytable, then the adjustable Lines window, adjustable Line Bet button, Win window, Total Bet window, Autoplay button, Turbo Mode button, and Spin button. At the bottom of the screen to the left is the Balance window. At the top of the screen is a Cog icon that expands to Options, Help, and Paytable, and next is the Mute Sound Button.

Features

Features in Silver Bullet include the Sheriff's Badge Wild and the paid Pistol Scatter.

The Sheriff's Badge Wild substitutes for all symbols, except the Pistol Scatter, to form potential winning combinations and doubles the win in a winning combination.

The Pistol Scatter is a paid scatter awarding between 1x-100x your stake when landing 2-5 scatters anywhere on the reels.

Unique Features

Unfortunately, there are no unique features to this slot.

Performance

Silver Bullet is as basic as they come, in terms of gamelay and design. Looks can be deceiving though, as you can still win big in this slot thanks to the double pay Wild and win both ways payline mechanic. The graphics, design and animation are very simple. RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
is at respectable 96.83%, with medium-high volatility.

Max Win

The max coin win is 20000x your stake.

Conclusion

Silver Bullet may not be the shiniest out of the lot, but it can undoubtedly shoot your balance through the roof with winning potential. Going back to basics is sometimes the best thing we can do, proving that we don't need all the bells and whistles in slot games to land some epic wins. I'm going to practice my target shooting so that I can hit the jackpot in the bullseye.
