The 1-respin tier buys you 1 swing of the bat. The 2-respin tier costs almost as much as the top for fewer respins, which is the lineup's worst-priced option.
As for the 12,150x ceiling, nailing 15 locked Bonus coins at near-maximum cash values plus a Grand Jackpot fill is a long shot.
