The Big Journey Slot Review

What I like about traveling: Meeting new people, eating good food, disembarking from a plane into a new country.
What I hate about traveling: Flying economy, the smell of on-flight toilets, meeting new people, getting food poisoning from street meats.

Gameplay

The Big Journey is a 5-reel, 10-payline video slot powered by software from EGT Interactive. Symbols include a man, a woman, The Statue of Liberty, the Sydney Opera, the Eiffel tower, and playing cards from 9 to Ace. The Wild is represented by a plane, while a bullet train acts as the Scatter. Controls are very straightforward, so bear with me for a sec. On your left, you’ll find your balance display, as well as the toggle which controls the sound, and the menu and information buttons. In the middle of the screen, you’ll see your coin credit levels and preset bets. Click any of the preset bets to get your reels spinning. On the right of the screen is the home button, and the display showing your last win.

Features

So, what features are you looking for?
Gamble: To increase your winnings, you can click on the ‘gamble’ button, triggered after a winning round. All you have to do is guess whether the face-down card is black or red. Guess right, and you’ll double your winnings, but get it wrong, and you’ll be sent back to the base game empty-handed.
Substitutes for all symbols aside from the Scatter. Doubles when substituting.

Unique Features

Each journey is different, and so is each slot.
Jackpot Cards Mystery: A randomly triggered bonus that is activated when a Jackpot Cards stamped game is played. Each of the mystery jackpots is represented by one of the four suits: clubs, spades, diamonds, and hearts. You’ll have to pick 3 matching cards from a pick-field of 12 to be rewarded with the corresponding suits jackpot.
Free Spins: Scatter triggers 25 Free Spins at a x2 multiplier.

Performance

This game is available on any device so you can take it on a plane, bus, or even a hot air balloon. The graphics are great, the soundtrack has some serious chaos energy, and you’ll fawn over the features.

Conclusion

The Big Journey is a self-proclaimed adventure. It has fantastic features, great graphics, and a soundtrack that just won’t quit. Give it a shot, what have you go to lose?
