Tigers are prevalent in ancient Chinese Culture and as such are also present in many video slots.
In fact, I've written so many reviews about this type of slot that I think I've become a world-leading expert on tigers!

Despite hunting them to near extinction, on some level, we revere what tigers represent – power, virility, grace, beauty, and ferocity. I mean if we refer to someone and use the word tiger, it's undoubtedly a compliment:
“You're a tiger in the bedroom.”
“ As faithful as a Tiger...Woods”
OK – maybe not a compliment all the time.

Triple Tigers is a Pragmatic Play video slot designed to work on all devices. Based on a classic land-based casino slot, this offering is simple yet stirring. I felt like I could almost smell the smoke in the air and was standing in a gaming hall, down a back alley in a faraway land. (What can I say – I've got a vivid imagination.)

Gameplay

Triple Tiger has 3 reels and just 1 payline making it a highly volatile slot. Gold, purple and green tiger symbols are joined by the following: number 8, golden print and a variety of bar icons.
A paytable is highlighted to the left of the reels with the controls lined up underneath: Settings (including Quickspin), Info, Credit, Bet, Spin and Autoplay. On either side of the spin button is a plus and minus used to increase or decrease both Coins Per Line and Coin Value.
I would have liked the Autoplay to have some stop win/loss parameters – otherwise, everything was perfect.

Features

I may come across like I'm trying to put a “spin” (excuse the pun) on the truth, but, the fact that there are no features of note is refreshing. You click spin and you either win or lose – isn't that how we all started with slots?

Performance

The graphics aren't particularly crisp, but that I think that's an intentional retro-design choice. The music is classically Chinese while the sound effects are a reminder of olden day slots.
Performance wise I had zero issues with Triple Tigers.

Conclusion

Sometimes your brain is frazzled, and you just want to spin and relax. For those times. Triple Tigers is a good “go to” slot. I had a decent win , so I might be a bit prejudiced, but I really enjoyed Triple Tigers – it glistens with the promise of success with every spin. Sometimes there's no point in denying the appeal of simplicity.
