Watermelons don't qualify for the boost, and the bells, BARs, and Jokers stick to their normal paytable rates.
Outside of the 2x Multiplier, the base game is the whole show. Spin, line up symbols, get paid by the paytable. That's it.

My desktop and mobile testing revealed no technical issues, with instant loading and zero delay between spins.

Conclusion
Ultra Hot Joker slot is a stripped-down classic. The only feature is the 2x Multiplier on a full board of fruit.
