Flying Ace Slot Review
I hate flying, I really do. It’s not that I’m scared of it, like I don’t think the plane is going to go down, it’s just that I absolutely hate being stuck in a metal tube with hundreds of strangers for any period of time. Honestly, it is my worst nightmare. People coughing and sneezing, babies crying, teenagers being rude to the air hostesses - it’s a hideous time for me. If I could never get on a plane again I would be happy, but alas that doesn’t seem to be in the cards for me.
Flying Ace is a 3-reel, 5-payline video slot powered by software from Microgaming. Inspired by the daring pilots of the air force, this slot has symbols that include a gorgeous lady sitting on a missile, single bars, double bars, triple bars, Aces, and an air force pilot who also acts as the Scatter.
Controls are standard for a 3-reel Microgaming slot and are located below the reels: Credits, Help, Bet One, Bet Max, and Spin.
So, what features can you expect from Flying Ace? Wild: Substitutes for all other symbols.
This slot was made in 1999, so unfortunately it’s a little bit dated. There are no unique features to Flying Ace, but it’s still a hell of a good time!
Yeah, as I said, this slot was developed in 1999 and the graphics and sound effects definitely reflect its age. With that being said, it certainly provides a fantastic trip down memory lane, so if you’re feeling a little bit nostalgic, definitely give this one a try. Gameplay available only on desktop.
The max coin win is a pretty decent 6000.
Overall, Flying Ace is somewhat of a grand old lady of the Microgaming universe. Age really is nothing but a number when it comes to this slot, which can still score you some pretty big wins - well, big enough to give some more contemporary slots a run for their money. It’s a good game all around, so give it a whirl and see for yourself.
