Aviamasters X-mas Review

In the annals (if you read that word and were horrified, please read it again; it’s your dirty mind playing tricks on you) of history, there are loads of stories of people trying to pull a fast one to make a quick buck. But what I’m about to tell you is exceptional. 🤯

In 1971, a man known as Dan Cooper hijacked a Northwest Orient flight from Portland. He said he had a bomb and wanted $200,000 and a parachute 🪂 to secure the safety of the passengers.

After releasing the hostages in Seattle, Dan had the pilot take off and fly at low altitude. Dan opened the rear stairs mid-flight, parachuted into the night, and made off with his ill-begotten fortune 💰. He has never been positively identified.

You won’t have the ability to decide when to jettison your flight with Aviamasters X-mas from BGAMING, but there are more issues than just the lack of choice. Read on to find out more. 👇

Gameplay

Considering it’s almost Xmas time as I write this, it’s no surprise that BGaming has come up with a game where Santa is flying across our screen bearing gifts in a red sleigh.

His take-off point is a floating slab of ice in some frigid waters, with a starry night behind him and a bulbous Moon in the sky.

The way this game has been designed makes it the perfect companion for those times when you wanna gamble on your phone. It looks incredible in either orientation, and the experience is a lot of fun.

My only gripe is that the hamburger menu is really small and to the top right-hand corner in landscape mode, which might make it difficult for some players (y’all with meaty digits).

Something that you can do on any device is resize the SPIN button (haven’t seen this feature before) and place it where you want it. And you can even change the SPIN button’s opacity.

Something different with Aviamasters X-mas compared with other crash games is that you can’t “bail out” when you want. Once you hit the SPIN button, you’ve got to ride it out and see what happens.

You might land on another ice floe and be safe, or end up in the drink – you have no control over the outcome. So, basically, all you can do is select your bet and the speed you want the game to play at (there are 3 levels), and that’s it.

Santa will whizz through the air, hopefully hitting multipliers as he goes along his merry way. You can also hit numbers that aren’t multipliers, and these (and the multipliers) give Santa gas to carry on his wobbly path.

The stats reveal the following: a 96% RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
, a low volatility rate, a 250x max multiplier, and a $25,000 max win. Plus, there are no currency limitations.

Features

This game has no features.

Performance

Loading time was quick, and my experience testing Aviamasters X-mas across multiple devices was sweet and hassle-free.

Maximum Win

The max multiplier is 250x, the max win is $250,000, and betting ranges from $0.10 to $100.

Conclusion

This game and its predecessor distinguish themselves from other crash games because you can’t cash out when you want. You make a bet, hit the SPIN button, and your fate is in the hands of the Random Number Generator.

This might not appeal to everyone. I get off on the adrenaline spike, the anticipation, and living and dying (to some degree) by my own decisions, so Aviamasters X-mas isn’t appealing to me.

Aviamasters X-mas might look like a mere reskin of the OG Aviamasters, but it’s more sinister than that. I say this because the original game offers the same 250x max multiplier, but the max win is $400,000, and the RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

is 97%.

So that means our current version is a dialled-down offering. Players with big budgets – I’m talking the ability to bet $1,600 per spin – should simply opt for the older game. But is it only this player profile I’d send in the direction of the older version?

Nope. I reckon if you like the game’s format, then just make a beeline for the original. The new one offers us no benefits at all, only limitations.

Volatility RateSlot games can have low, medium, high, or extremely high volatility rates (or a combination thereof).

The less volatile the game, the more often it should pay out, but the lower the amount, the less the payout, as this is in keeping with the risk you’re taking. Volatility rate should be considered in conjunction with a game’s RTP.
