Domnitors Slot Review
Domnitors is set in a time gone by in Transylvania because I was highly confused as the only Transylvania and Transylvanians I know are those that did the time warp, again and again, and again. Of course, I am talking about the incredible Rocky Horror Picture Show. How I loved my Sweet Transexual from transylvaniaaaaaaaa! I wonder what the ancient Transylvanian warriors and knights would have thought of our beloved Frank ‘N Furter and his crew?
Domnitors takes us into an altogether different world to that of Tim Curry and Susan Sarandon. This is a game of battles, and the backdrop is that of a battlefield with flags flying high. The characters further support the theme as they are filled with weapons, opposing kings and their castles. The music speaks of impending battle. The real battle though is trying to get a grip of some decent wins.
Domnitors struggled a bit on my Mobile Phone initially but seemed to sort itself out once the initial ‘movie' portion was over. Besides that, the game worked well on all other devices.
The aim of the game is to try and get a winning combination on 5 reels with just 9 pay lines on offer. Volatility err's on the side of high I felt.
The symbols on the reels are represented by medium and high paying symbols. The kings and their castles represent the higher of the two sets. The smaller the ……..em king, the bigger the castle they say. The lower symbols of the set of symbols are the weapons of war used in the ancient time of Transylvania now known as Romania.
The Wild is the meanest of all the kings and can replace all symbols except the Scatter which in this case is a map of Transylvania.
BGAMING has managed to incorporate the control panel into the game which is a nice change from the slots I have been reviewing lately.
If you land 3 or more of the Scatter Map and the king will grant you 15 free spins. The wild landing in a position of winning will multiply the round by x2.
There is a gamble game in play. When you choose to play the game, you press the Gamble option, and you will be taken to a card table. Here you will be dealt 4 cards face down. You can choose to choose a card. If your card is higher than the dealer, you double your money. If not you lose all and a draw leads to a redraw. If you decide to play big, you can choose the suit. If you win your money is quadrupled, and if you lose, you lose it all.
Domnitors is giving a fiery 90 000 coins for your maximum effort.
I am not a fan of these ancient battle stories. Men pitting themselves against each other to win. I found the graphics to range from excellent to simple with the lover playing symbols. There are not too many features in play here, and wins are quite hard to come by which some may find frustrating.
If you love weapons of war, play Dungeons and Dragons or enjoyed the movie Braveheart this is the game for you. If not then I am not sure that this will be the game for you.
